Sharp! Really nice looking, sturdy!
Can I take this opportunity to pass on the words of wisdom from my grandfather who was a Seattle police officer? Do NOT leave your knives on the counters. Do not leave them where they could be easily grabbed. Adjust the interior shelving of a cabinet. so that this fits. Even though they are beautiful, in every way, from the metal to the containing wooden block. Keep them out of sight and outta mind.

Bought these because all the knives around the stores are either too expensive or not a single bevel. German steel is used for surgical instruments, they make a fine kitchen knife set as well. The ceramic sharpener build into the block is a nice touch as well. Would recommend to people needing decent knives to start out with that respect themselves more than Walmart cheap sticks.

Perfect knife set for our home. The built in sharper is genius! The knives are very sharp so be careful as I cut myself 2nd time using the set. It was my fault so it’s not a negative point, quite the opposite in fact. I highly recommend this beautiful and functional set to everyone in need of new knives!

Great for the price. We like that it has the knife sharpener and it also came with 2 kitchen scissors so that was a plus. What we are disappointed with is the serrated knife because it is pretty short. But we do have an older serrated knife that is much longer if we needed to use a longer one. Other than that we don’t put them in the dishwasher because a lot of the reviews we read said that dishwasher would ruin them. No big deal, we just wash them. My husbands favorite knife in the set is the Santoku knife, For chopping dicing and mincing vegetables, meats & fish

This knives are great and easy to maintain. The knife sharpener helps keep them in tiptop shape.

I would have given this product five stars but the additional utensils (ladels/spoons) are rather cheaply assembled and do not really give the user the confidence that they won't fall apart (it isn't a solid unit but more like a soddered item). Also, the kitchen scissors don't cut very well.

Other than that - I'm a happy camper.

Looks beautiful and goes great with everything in my kitchen. I have only had this knife set for a couple of weeks. I have been hand washing it, so far no spots or tarnishing.

These knives cut, so be careful you could cut your hand. But really it kinda sucks they aren’t dishwasher safe but other than that they’re nice knives for the price, I like that they’re all metal, the set I had before had the black handles and the plastic broke over time so not an issue that will happen with these

Ergonomic, very sharp and easy to sharpen. We bought the same set twice (2020 and 2022). I read a review about how easy the knives were rusting, following care instruction will ensure that the knives stay in great condition. These knives should be hand wash and should not go in the dishwasher!!

Entire set rusted in just a few short weeks. Definitely not stainless steel. Will try to return.
