I think this sofa looks much nicer in persons than in the photos. The wooden frame is much nicer quality than I expected. Overall it is attractive and sturdy. However, it is very firm and the cushions are thin so I would say this seems more like an upholstered bench. This works for our use but if you are getting it as a cozy place to sit and lounge I think something else would be a better choice.

Love how this little couch looks and feels! The satin finish of the faux leather looks gorgeous and the wood is beuatiful.

Note that the instructions are terrible – it's as if they left out half the diagrams. Here's a quick run down of how we put it together.
1. Peel utility fabric from velcro on seat bottom.
2. Screw seat back into seat bottom.
3. Tip up on one side. Screw in arms.
4. Tap wooden dowels into each side of front bar as seen in diagrams.
5. Drop metal cylinder in hole. Tap front bar in place. Drill screw into hole with cylinder.
6. Flip coach on other side. Place arms over holes.
7. Drop metal cylinder in hole of front bar. Tap front bar in place.
8. Screw in arms. Drill screw into hole with cylinder on front bar.
9. Stand couch upright. Sit on on seat bottom to help get cushion closer to front bar.
10. Using wood screws, drill in designated holes.
11. Tap wood caps in arm holes on both sides.

I don't normally write reviews on Amazon, but I've been so disappointed in this product I'm making an exception.
First, the sofa arrived with a broken arm. No big deal, I submitted a part request, and got a replacement. A couple days later, (after some confusion with the instructions) I put the sofa together and set it up in my living room.

Follow up two weeks later. I've been out of town, so I've only had 3-5 days to sit on this sofa. I live alone, so just me, a 180lb person sitting on a three seater sofa. What happens today? The sofa seat cracks! I check underneath, and see that the support for the seat has cracked in three locations. I've tried to part replacement before, but I have no confidence in keeping this product any longer. I'm not sure if it's the design or the quality control, but this sofa is literally junk. Luckily, it broke so quickly, that it's within the return window. I would've rather had a functioning sofa, but now instead, I have to go out and look for a box big enough to fit this piece of junk, so I can send it back.

In my opinion, stay away! I was attracted initially to the decent looks, low price, and decent reviews, but my experience with this product has been anything but positive. The price is pretty low for a sofa, but $200-300 is for a pile of trash.

Our sofa arrived quickly and was pretty easy to assemble. It holds myself and husbands combined weight of 525 lbs. pretty good. We have had it set up for two weeks and it seems pretty sturdy. I'm really satisfied with the overall quality too.

I ordered this piece and the matching chair for my home office. The color is a true grey. Wood tone was lighter than I expected but it still looks nice. This is not a plush comfy couch but rather a sitting area type piece with a rather firm cushion. It is nice quality and doesn’t look cheap.

Not super comfortable for lounging. A small person can lay on it, but anyone taller than 5'1" will find it uncomfortable.

It's beautiful in person in gray. :) I love the quality and feel it's a steal for the price. The veneer material looks a little cheap, but I'm still pretty happy with it. You'll need someone to help with assembly. Some of the bolts are hard to put into place.

It's a nice sofa however, the cross-bar received was misconfigured. The pre-drilled holes were in the incorrect positions. There's no way to communicate with the vendor through Amazon's links so, I'll have to find the directions from the shipment box and see if there are any leads for the manufacturer there. If not, I'll have to just improvise to make the cross-bar support the seat appropriately.

These couches are very nice for the price. We set them up in the lobby area of our gym. They are cool, and sleek looking. We’ve had them for a little over a month and already need to tighten them, but other than that, these are great couches.
