I will admit I was hesitant to buy a couch online from Amazon. I saw a few negative reviews of this couch on the site and it almost kept me from ordering it.

Thankfully I decided to buy it in the end! For the price and how fast it came to our house, it is a steal! It's super comfortable straight out of the box all things considered, it's a good height, the color is soft and it's the perfect size for our living space. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cute, affordable, comfortable modular sectional!

All in all we love this couch more than expected!

I made the mistake of buying a sofa online. There is no way to see how comfortable it is for me. Initially i hated this sofa necause it sat so low then i accidently found the legs inside a zippered compartment. Once the got those installed ot was much better. It is well made amd will probably last forever. Sigh.

Would not recommend. I purchased the sofa in the color “Beige” and oddly enough when I was unboxing the four boxes it came in I set up the ottoman first in a more sand color and the other parts were more of an ivory/white color. This was confusing as the only color options online were beige, charcoal and black. I don’t know where this fourth color came from?? Had to box it back up.

Return process- not good. Still haven’t received refund and they only gave me one return label and it came in four boxes. UPS only took one of the four boxes. Have to keep calling to get more return labels. Currently have two boxes still waiting for pick up and two are gone. Maybe this is how they’ve managed to mix up parts and colors..?!

In regards to comfort- not great. Cushions were stiff. Back of sofa (Where the seat cushion attaches to) had Velcro to hold it up on base. This was cheaply done and Velcro didn’t hold well. It was as if the sofa was designed so it could be folded and put into boxes easier.

For small apartments this sofa is fairly too long in width depending on the space you’re working with (About 10 ft wide )
