It's extremely difficult to get out of box and put together, the holes made for the screws were off and I actually had to leave one screw out of it cause it wouldn't line up. Sitting on it feels like sitting on cement. If I could go back I would have just went into a local furniture store and purchased. This is literally the worst purchase I've ever made from Amazon.

Its a very nice couch/bed...however the boggest complaint is as your sitting, the seat section is to small. So a taller person will not fit in the sitting position comfortably. The coushion are very firm. We knew this from other reviews, but such firm cushions with a short seating area equals a very achy back !!!

It was difficult to put together as the holes didn’t line up perfectly as they should have. It has very little bounce to it and is very hard so I’ve ordered a gel memory foam topper for sleeping. The delivery company was terrible and dropped it off the back of the van then “bumped” it up the stairs.

Love this! It’s cute and pretty comfortable. Just what I was looking for. I opted out of the professional assembly and just a warning to others the instructions are pictures only. So pay attention.

Affordable futon couch for small apartment, seems sturdy and comfy, took two men to assemble. I am happy!

After the workers delivered the sofa to my apartment, we started to install the sofa. We understand all the procedures and steps. However, there are a few screws cannot fit well, because they do not match. Currently we have 5 screw holes which we could not put in screws. We hope we could sit on it safely... I wish someone from the store can help out! Thanks.

You surely get what you pay for with this product. If you care anything about your back or your spine refrain from buying this product. Save your money and purchase something you will enjoy for a very long time. My back is still aching
