Beautiful bed! The pictures don't do it justice. Purchased this bed for my daughter to replace her twin bed. I searched long and hard to find something that would match her existing furniture. This bed is listed as white, but it's actually more of a cream color, which is exactly what I was looking for. Just wanted to make sure people were aware before they ordered.

The bed looks lovely, and was a nice guest bed for about a year of occasional use until one day a side rail (which appears to be MDF--no hardwood to that part) completely cracked and the bed fell down, breaking two support legs as well. The Amazon product description makes it seem the bed is sturdier than it is, but many substantive parts appear to be MDF (not hardwood, not reinforced), which is unacceptable for a nearly $400 bed. Other Amazon reviews had warned about the sides breaking. I contacted the company to see about getting replacement parts and after nearly a week of back and forth, they finally said that they do not sell replacement parts, and neither do any suppliers (the warranty lasts only 30 days, so if any piece of the bed breaks beyond a month, you can't get help fixing it). We will try to fix the bed ourselves or replace it. I won't buy this brand again.
Very pretty bed but you'll definitely need a box spring/mattress foundation that's thicker than at least 7" to this.
This bed arrived today in 3 very large boxes. One for the headboard, one with the footboard and one with the side rails and matress supports. The footboard was one piece but everything else required assembly. It took me about 2 hours total. Now I understand the debate in other reviews about the color. It is not a pure white like the color of paper, but it's not ivory either. It's like an antique white. My son has a pottery barn white bed and it's the same color as that. The bed really is beautiful. Nicer than I expected for the price. Looks just like the photo. My only complaint is with the boxspring and mattress on the frame the footboard doesn't come up any higher than the boxspring.
This is a good queen bed for the price. It's hard to find queen size in a white finish. Those are usually twin size for little girls. But this bed arrived in good condition, was easy to assemble and looks like the picture shown. My daughter loves that the top of the head board is wide enough for her to set a few small items, like her phone. I want to clarify that a few other reviewers stated the 3 bottom support rails are not sturdy enough to support a memory foam mattress and that it leaves too much space between the mattress and headboard so the pillow slips through. This is NOT meant to be a platform bed with a mattress directly on the frame slats. There are 19 inches between the support slats and the bottom of the headboard. It is meant to have an 8 inch box spring as well as a 10-12 inch mattress on top. Anything less will look and feel ridiculous. The length and width easily support regular queen size box springs and mattresses, so you should feel confident ordering all 3 pieces simultaneously.
We had high hopes for this bed. There were so many problems, tho. The first was, this was supposed to come in three separate boxes, per the reviews. Amazon insists it comes in one box. We got two boxes. The box with the side rails was missing. Try to explain that to the customer service rep in some other country. Then, the headboard had a big piece chipped out of the front of it. And last, it is not white, as both the picture and description shows, it is a very yellowy-cream color. Once we got the number of boxes things worked out, we returned it.
Ordered this bed and it arrived about 3-4 days later in three boxes. Fairly easy assembly and looked great. Pretty sure the description says you don't need a box screen but you do. The bed only comes with three slats of support with pegs in the middle of them and without the box spring you can see where the headboard ends. However, after having the bed for about three weeks the little pegs holding up the slats all broke. I am a 135 lb 24 year old woman, no rowdy kids or pets jumping on the bed. I added reinforcement via metal brackets to the pegs and they've held up nicely since. It's a great bed, but beware you will have to do repairs or extra work at the beginning.
My hubby and I put the bed together w no issues. We added some 1"x2" slats and 2"x2" legs for the slats. It is very sturdy and if we wanted to, we could both jump on the bed.
