I purchased this product because of the price, color and that its reversible. The box came damaged. The pieces do not fit together. I stood on top of the frame to bend the metal for the screws to fit into the frame. The fabric is not big enough to cover the sofa back or bottom. After 5 hours of assembly, it's together. When you sit, the couch will sink in the back , as theres a big gap between the sofa cushions and the back of the couch. I purchased a different couch on Amazon by a different seller and love it, but it's out of stock. I'm buying a piece of plywood to slide under the bottom cushions so there is actual support.

It arrived on time but man was it the worlds biggest pain to assemble! It is semi comfy, kinda hard. There’s a major gap between the chaise cushion and back part which causes a sinking feeling when sitting and I’m not a huge fan of it.

I like the compact sectional with strong base. I would prefer better cushion would really make wonderful compact sectional.

I dislike the seating cushion & pillow cushion.
Also cushion height differs between sectional center and corner one. it was horrible.

Originally bought the sectional for its size, price and it looked nice. I received the item in one large box. The cushions and pillows are vacuum sealed flat in plastic. The hardware shifted during transit so the bolts were scattered all throughout the box. It took me and another person like 4 hours to assemble. The holes for the bolts for the base did not line up and the holes to attach the arms did not line up either. I had to drill my own holes for the arms. It is the perfect size for my spare room. Just a total pain to put together.
