Very hard to put together spent one hour on one chair I would never buy something not put together again too many screws too many bolts should have been sold cheaper to the consumer because of the labor that's involved had to hire some which cost me $100 to put together very unhappy next time I will go to a store and buy it and have someone put it together for me. Convenient. An Amazon product
Have a NEW not even assembled defective chair(torn webbing on seat bottom) Best Choice is giving us the run-around
asking & re-asking multiple questions(Computer generated reply) . We answered all the questions, sent 2 pictures(Which they acknowledged) & their still asking the same stupid questions. Have started file on them, it appears this will have to escalate.
We have put a lot of furniture together and most I do by myself as a 59 year old woman. It took both of us 3 hours to put these together. The instructions were okay but the vagaries of the wicker caused some serious alignment issues. Yes, of course we attached the items loosely but you will have to muscle a couple of pieces together to get the holes to line up. You may (as we did) have to loosen some of the wicker actually covering holes. Also -- you do not get a single extra screw so if you strip anything (not hard to do), you are hosed. The cushions are okay for outside but you may wish to purchase some lumbar support pillows. It's a very pretty set but for the high pricetag -- meh.
Well made, sturdy, comfortable, deep seats for long legged folks, short folks just push yourself forward to get out of chair
Great set! Arrived in time and everything was securely wrapped in the box! Easy to assemble and
So comfortable! Beautiful!! Hubby and I are very pleased with this purchase for our deck!!
NO Lumbar support , no zipper on back cousin, only bottom ?? metal base rusting after two weeks out side!!! not worth the price!! would not buy it again!!!
The finished product is nice BUT these aren’t easy to assemble with the tools provided. I would rate myself a 4 on using tools and being handy. I unloaded, unwrapped and laid out all parts(45min) Got out my screw gun with Allen bit attachment and other tools. (You need decent tools to assemble these chairs-Do not depend on the silly tools they provide.) Overall the process took 3 hours. Suggestion: when assembling do not tighten any bolts until the end. In the end, one screw won’t go into one chair and tighten-the hole is stripped. My son a mechanic said the screw is never going to tighten. The cushions are very nice and comparable to thick cushions from Pier One. Easy to assemble gets 2 stars(not what I would call easy) Sturdiness gets 4 stars because one screw won’t go in. Overall look and comfort gets 5 stars. Chairs rock and spin- they are deep and super comfortable. Value- the price is fair for the product and the labor involved. If you aren’t handy Or don’t have access to decent tools I wouldn’t purchase these chairs.
It's a super cute set and was super easy to put together but, I'm 5'3 so they are not very comfy and you need to be a lot taller to enjoy sitting in the chairs. Also, I wished they rocked a little better as well.
