SIZE -- I ordered the full frame for my 10-inch mattress and it fits well inside frame edges. The king size seems to get negative reviews because the frame is much larger than a king-sized bed, leaving slats exposed a significant amount, but my full is fine.

FABRIC & COLOR -- Ivory linen fabric has slight shimmer with slight green tint. Sturdy bed. Ivory is less warm ivory, more blue and green in tone. Fabric is woven in big stitches. Back of headboard has black fabric covering the full surface. My bed is pushed against a white wall which is marked black from the fabric. Magic eraser takes care of it, but hassle every time I accidentally move bed and it smudges wall.

CONSTRUCT -- The upholstered frame adds width and length to standard full bed measurements because edges are several inches wide. Enough footing to stand on edge! The bed slats are sturdy, no squeaking, but has more space between slats than my other beds. It still works fine with my foam gel mattress.

HEADBOARD -- Sturdy. Does not wobble attached to frame like some headboards.

SMELL -- Very minimal odor. Dissipated quickly.

PACKAGING AND ASSEMBLY -- Item arrived in 4 separate boxes, 1 of which arrived the day after the others. 2 hours to carefully assemble.

This was a perfect headboard for my studio apartment! My apartment is super small so I wanted a headboard that was low to the ground so it didn’t look bulky and big in my apartment. This headboard is beautiful and fits perfectly! It’s not as white as advertised, it has more of a cream color to it but still works well for the apartment! Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a low but beautiful headboard.

So the bed itself/ fabrication it pretty decent for the price. However, Assembly for this bed was a pain as well as the headboard. The headboard doesn’t stand up straight but tends to fall forward on its screws.

Just got this bed last night! (4/19). It looks so nice. It has a slight greenish tint, but it's not that noticeable. In daylight, it just looks like a nice, midcentury-modern bed. I would buy this again, definitely. Putting it together was time-consuming, but relatively painless.

I absolutely love this frame. Ordering online had me concerned about possible issues in the directions or possible pieces missing. However, I was completely blown away with how easy it was to put together.

It took my bf about 30 mins & he couldn’t figure it out, but once I stepped in it went smooth as butter! It does take 2 people for sure since one may need to hold parts in place while the other screws them in.

The back of the headboard has a Velcro opening which is where the 1st part of the puzzle starts. Also, I love this feature because I can store the extra pieces and instructions in this compartment for when it’s time for me to move.

As for the color, it does have the slight green hugh as mentioned in other reviews, but it’s not hugely noticable.

I live in the mid-century modern ranch style brick home my mother initially built in 1963, and my parents added on to seamlessly in the same style in 1971. I have inherited the lovely home with the original 3/4 inch thick gorgeous dark wood paneling. I had light colored Bamboo floors installed. This bed frame works perfectly for my king-sized mattress! My father and brother-in-Law were able to assemble the bed frame in a couple of hours. I enjoyed having a comfortable headboard to lean against during recovery from surgery. I am thrilled with everything about this headboard! My next step is curtains... one thing at a time.

I need to warn future buyers that are selective with colors that this is NOT light grey or ivory. It is in fact called “beige” on the box which is more of a cream/gold color. Is the bed nice? Yes. Good quality for the price? Yes. But it is not the color that is advertised or shown in the photos. If you are ok with a gold bed then by all means order it. If you are picky like me and you want a certain color (as pictured) then pass on this and find one elsewhere.

so it looks great.. but omg, hardest thing i've ever had to put together myself. took 2 hours. and thats no joke 2 hours. I have the king size bed, its true you can see a little extra on either side of the bed, but any sort of thick or half thick blanket will cover it. super happy, and wifes happy.
