Breakdown:

First it arrives in 3 different boxes, which is convenient since I have to carry up the stairs of my apartment. Otherwise it would be too big.

Second, easy to assemble, however you need to have a screwdriver (suggestion to seller, include a screwdriver). Since I had a drill, the few screws needed to assemble went fast.

Lastly, once assembled it looks great, exactly as described and works as described too. After sitting on the sofa, the support is great! Firm on the bottom plush with support for the back.

Overall great price, great product, great service.

I am a 44 year old small single woman and I put this together by myself with an electric screwdriver. It probably took me about 45 minutes to an hour it wasn’t hard and believe it or not I really didn’t need the directions. This couch is very cute looking it’s a gray tannish color and pulls out to a sleeper which is great! It’s a A little stiff right now but I’m sure it will soften as I use it I will leave pictures once I decorate!

Perfect for our small space. A little difficult to put together but sturdy and in perfect condition. Ships in 3 boxes and easily moved by 2 small women. Love that can move chase on left or right side.

This couch looks exactly like it's advertised: sleek modern lines with classic touches. The storage bin was way bigger than expected. However, the cushions are very firm. We will need to put some memory foam on top when a guest sleeps over. Also, it is not a queen, just a twin, a very small twin. We measured it, and our 6'2" guest will not be able to sleep on it.

Nice product, except they did not include the 4 caster wheels that are included in the assembly instructions. When I notified them, my response was those are not included on the website. We now have a couch that dose not function properly. I hope they see the absurdity and send us the parts that are NEEDED for there product to function correctly.

I am very disappointed in this product & in Amazon for backing it. This couch went together terrible and was even more uncomfortable. Then if you want to send it back I am expected to pay the shipping which cost as much as the couch. I’m already out $600 for the piece of junk now they want me to spend $500 to send it back. Then I would be out $1000. No one would send me labels to send I back so it was all on me. Beware of any furniture you buy on line cause your stuck with it. Amazon has lost a customer and I will never never never order from whom ever OJ COMMERCE is. Everything on this order was disastrous.

The bottom is very uncomfortable. I hate it and can no longer return it I should have read the instructions on it before I bought it.
I suggest if you want to return the item do not assemble it and keep the original boxes it arrives in and everything has to be placed back how it was shipped in order for them to give you a refund and even then you don’t all your money back because there is a fee for restocking.
Let’s jusy say your better off buying a futon.
I will say it’s cute and small but if you have guest sleeping on it or even sitting on it there is a need for at least some memory foam and pillows

Exactly as expected. Easy to put together. It isn't the comfiest couch, but for the price it is great. Perfect for my tiny living room and looks great to boot. Definitely recommend.
