I got several dog beds for my two big dogs before. The dog beds that I put inside are okay, but one of my dogs already destroyed two dogs bed and pillows that I placed outside for them during the winter. Therefore, I decided to try this outdoor elevated dog bed and just tie a blanket on top of it. So far it works great. My dogs weigh a little bit over 70 lbs each. The elevated dog bed is very sturdy.
The assembly is very easy. The tip of the installation is to tighten all of the 4 screws gradually each time, not finish tightening one and then the next one. During the installation, the bed will be tilted, not balanced. That's okay. After I finished tightening all of the screws, I just push the bed into balance. During the summer, it should also help my dogs not feeling too hot.
