It came a little...bent. The shelves where pretty twisted and bent in wrong angles so it took some time to try and fix them. The frame was easy and study. If the shelves had armived properly id give this a 5 star but my ocd is driven a bit to mad when i look up and find it crooked. Also when u put in the bottoms to catch water, very smart, they take up about a extra inch or 2 of space which smadly couldnt be used since i am quite short at 5'2, so my plates dont exactly fit being about 7 to 8 inchs in size.

Works great and everyone gives us compliments. It did fall before so make sure it is in a stud because dishes do get heavy. I don't blame the product, it just has to be placed correctly

I used to avoid dishes, and I still do to some extent but not nearly as badly because now I have a place to put everything and don’t have to work in stages. As in filling up the dish rack twice when I only had a single level rack.

I love this fish rack! I love in an apartment that doesn’t have a dishwasher so I hand wash all my dishes. It holds a lot and it looks good! I keep fruits and veggies on the bottom shelf of the rack and it work out really well! Overall very impressed
