I’m giving two starts because I ordered two mattress, same model, same everything. The first order (3 months ago) was pretty good and probably in the middle of “Balanced” and “Med. Firm”, because of that we ordered a second one (2 weeks ago) and the mattress was “Plush” (soft).

The second order as many reported did not inflate complete in the sides/corners, also is too soft for me and my wife, and because of that when both are sleeping we end up in the middle all the time.

The problem for me is that the company does not have a standard product, each time you order you can get anything different.

This started out completely fluffy and comfortable. We Let it expand per directions. Within 4-5 days sleeping on it husband and I could tell something was off. Just by looking you can see that the bed is sunken down. No we are not obese. It doesn’t “bounce back” like it’s supposed to. It’s like sleeping on lumpy sections of rock. I’ve literally woke up numb with such a backache I had to lay in the couch. So unforgiving, unfortunately we got rid of our other mattress so we are stuck til we buy another new one. This won’t even work as a guest room mattress. It’s awful. I guess it’s my fault for thinking a bed of this price would actually be worth owning. I emailed customer service and NEVER received a response. Over it !!

First- I have severe Rheumatoid disease and Fibromyalgia so I really needed a GOOD mattress that doesn't put pressure on my joints and wasn't hot. My old mattress was a hybrid-bottom innerspring and the 'pillowtop' was memory foam and it was great! 15 yrs later not so much! I bought the queen size on a Thursday and it arrived the following Tues-very quick! The box was damaged when it arrived but the mattress was very well wrapped in plastic and was not damaged in any way. The free pillows are rather cheap and nothing like the memory foam pillow I bought myself a few years ago-mine is a solid piece where these free ones are bits of foam and they aren't even a full standard size. Shove two in a king pillow case and it'll make a good body pillow! lol
My mattress had NO odor at all and expanded in 24 hours( the manufacturer says 48, fyi) and it sleeps like a dream! It has been a couple weeks now and what a difference- less pain in the joints that have constant pain(with RD I am always in pain but less pain is great), I went from sleeping maybe 2 solid hours and waking up to move from pain to sleeping 6 solid hours!!! I am not waking up hot-my old mattress was the old, hot memory foam and was making me crazy even in winter-this mattress doesn't seem to hold the heat at all. It is a firm mattress, once you lie on it for about 10 mins you can feel the memory foam cradle you although not feeling stuck in it-I get out of bed easier now. And the price!!! If this mattress only lasts 5 years it will be worth it for the price!! I am recommending it to all my friends and family AND folks I know with RD or any other joint problems/back pain!! It has been a few weeks since I received the mattress and I sleep for longer periods than I have in years! Especially recommending to those with low-incomes like myself-being on disability makes purchases like this very difficult but the price is right and the quality is great!

I spent forever researching mattresses before I purchased this particular one. Even though it's only $250, I was still super nervous about buying a mattress online. A penny saved is a penny earned, right? I was looking for a firmer mattress that didn't get hot and was Certi-Pur. This mattress met all of those requirements. My husband and I had been sleeping on a 6 year old inner spring mattress that had no support at all. I'm a 138 lb., 5'1 female and my husband is a 175b, 5'11 male. The mattress is very supportive and quite firm. It has taken us a while to get used to the firmness of the mattress. We may end up getting a mattress topper but we had prepared for that. You can always add more softness; you can not, however, make a mattress more firm.
The mattress arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. It didn't smell at all when I opened it. Also, I opened the mattress as soon as I got it. I will try to remember to update this review in a few months. For now, we're happy!
Side note: I have scoliosis and mid-thoracic back pain that my old mattress horribly exacerbated. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with back pain from our previous mattress. Thanks to this new mattress, I no longer wake up with back pain. Keep this in mind if you also suffer from back pain and are in the market for a new mattress!

*** 6 MONTH UPDATE ***
-Okay, I have been sleeping on this mattress for 6 months now and have decided to deduct one star. I have several reasons for doing this. First, I've found that this mattress tends to get warm. It is supposedly "cooling" but I don't find that to be the case. This is my first memory foam mattress so maybe this mattress is more cooling than others but I really have nothing to compare it to.All I know is that it's definitely hotter than my previous spring mattress.
Additionally, the mattress is a little too firm for me. However, I can probably add a mattress topper to fix this so I'm not too worried about it. Finally, the mattress is not an exact queen size measurement. It is a little bigger than our queen size box spring. Again, not that big of a deal, but I thought I'd note it in the review.
***Altogether, I would say this mattress is still a good deal for the price. Just know what you're buying and don't expect the qualities of a $2000 mattress.

Our mattress is uneven, it has expanded to 9in in the middle, but only 6in at the corners and 7in at the edges. This is day 4, I would of hoped it would reached the 10in by now. We have to sleep in the middle of the bed, otherwise you feel the bed sloping. After reading all the wonderful reviews my husband and I are very disappointed.
