When I ordered this product I was leaving for a weekend vacation, in which I was taking my truck and did not want to have any problems with anything in my truck bed getting wet. I ordered days before leaving and received it within 2 days. All seemed great until we opened the package and it was the total wrong size in the box. Called customer service and they were unable to get me a new one before I was to go on my trip. After speaking with their customer rep I decided to try and have a new one delivered to the destination I was going to(a family members house). It arrived just hours after I got to my destination. We found it very easy to install, just when securing the clips underneath I had to just make sure I payed close attention that the silver clip pieces did not move when I tightened them. So happy with the ease of opening and closing of this product on my truck. After we put it on within 3 hours It down poured. When the rain stopped, I opened the tailgate and sure enough it was totally dry. Yes, there was a slight hiccup in the beginning of this purchase, but the company did good and arranged for pickup of the wrong product, whilst sending the new one. For the price I am very satisfied. Hopefully this review helps at least one person.

Great deal for the money. Probably the nicest cover you can get for under $300, maybe under $400. The fit is absolutely perfect. Installed on 2011 Ram 1500 quad cab with 6'4 bed. I have a bedrug liner installed and it still worked great. No water leakage so far. I was skeptical at first of the velcro style setup but after using it a few times I'm sold. So much more bed access than a trifold. The trigger release mechanism is pretty slick.

When installing make sure you follow instructions and look at the pics for help. Do not over tighten the nuts in the back corners. They are supposed to be able to slide back and forth to mate up with the cab side.
This is my second Tonneau Cover. My first is on my 2007 Ram 1500 and I just bought a 2019 Ram Classic 1500 so I needed a new cover. I have Adarac racks for my kayaks and other things and wanted a cover that did not cover the post holes and this was one of the very few that fit that criteria. I have not yet installed the racks as I need to take them off my 2007 but already checked to make sure they fit. I ordered this on Wednesday and received it on Friday and 45 minutes later I had it installed. Very easy. The rails fit perfectly so I did not need a clamp to hold them while I installed the permanent clamps. There is a gasket type seal on each rail and a rubber gasket type flap on each end. Those will likely keep out most of the water from rain. I live in Florida near the beach so lots of rain depending on the time of the year. The only tool needed was a socket wrench with 1/2" and 9/16" sockets. The 1/2" is for the rail clamps and the 9/16" is for the cover attachment to the rails. While I gave it a 5* rating for durability I am hoping that's not premature. The cover is warranted for 10 yrs. My other cover has a lifetime warranty but was almost twice the price 12 yrs ago. he material seems thick enough but only time and the Florida sun will tell. Anyway, it was easy and fast to install and does exactly what I wanted it to so zero complaints and a great price!
Nice looking cover. We had a bad rain storm the other night and the cover held a excessive amount of water. The middle section was sagging down about 4 inches. Obviously needs better supports.
It is cheap and installs quick, but it is cheaply made and poorly designed. The rear clamp screw is cheap plastic and strips easily. The front clamp is poorly engineered and only locks in the handle down position so it interferes with cargo loading. If you have plastic bed rails, you will need to buy additional weather stripping because there will be a gap across the front bed rail. It only folds twice so you only get 2/3 of your bed space unless you just take it off. Do your research and buy something better.
I bought a Gator rollup cover 53204 for my 2016 Ram 1500 Sport for luggage space for vacation. I received the package 5 days before it’s scheduled delivery date which was awesome. I installed it the next day. The frame pieces felt cheap, and the clamps are not very high quality. The install was a pain due to alignmemt issues, but I got it straightened out. The cover looks fantastic on the truck, but the quality is not good. It does not seal well, but it’s parked in a garage so I don’t have to worry about it too much. My biggest complaint is the roll up and roll out. I found you have to stand in the bed of the truck to get it to roll out and velcro evenly. If you do it from the side of the bed, it will roll out and velcro crooked. It is very frustrating and I would not recommend this product. I will not be keeping it long.
Really like this cover. Put it on and had a really hard blowing rain that night. Bed was nice and dry. Didn't flap like I expected a vinyl cover to. Took it on two long trips and no problems. Already been through several rains with no issues. Don't know how long it will last in the long run but at this price I don't feel guilty if I sell the truck or have a problem. At 1/5 the cost you can afford to buy a new one. I already bought one for my father in laws truck. Mine is on a 2014 Ram 1500 crew cab with 6'4" bed and it fit perfect corner to corner. And I have a hard drop in liner and I didn't have to cut it for the clamps to fit or anything. And goes on in literally 5 minutes or less.
It came really quickly after I ordered it and the packaging while not secured with styrofoam or bubble wrap was intact. I am giving it 4 stars because although my husband said it was pretty easy to install he pointed out to me the gap on the corners and in the middle on the front side where the cover was not touching the surface of the bed rail . He ended up getting some rubber to fill in the gap and ensure a tight seal. Overall, it looks good. I just hope it withstands the 10 hour drive from NC to FL and back! I will update after our trip!

Update: this cover held up and kept our stuff completely dry even through a downpour - 12 hours on the road each way! It's brand new so for now I am satisfied.
