I'm very picky, do lots of research and tend to go for name brands and never the bottom of the line, hence I did some pretty thorough research before adding this unknown-to-me brand name to my shortlist of well known brands of similar design at more than double or three times the cost. Two other concerns: 1. A few reviews mentioned the pull down didn't retract and snap back into place properly, left dangling. That's actually an installation issue. There is a weight that needs to be adjusted, which is pretty easy, then it works perfectly. 2. Color - the photos showed it to be more like a brushed stainless steel grey color, but it's made from brushed nickel, which can have a warm, brownish color that I was concerned wouldn't match my SS appliances. I couldn't find any reviews mentioning that aspect or in the questions, so I posed the question myself and received great replies assuring me it did not have the brownish color and would work well with stainless steel appliances. That proved to be good advice, thank you to those folks who took the time to answer my question, I was not disappointed. This is a solid quality product, the design with the pull-down and spray feature is wonderful, my sinks have never been so clean! The only thing I can't speak to is the longevity because it's only been a month, but as most kitchen faucets, it's in constant use, and I have no reason to think it won't last the same as the more expensive brands. Great choice, go for it, save the $, I'm happy to recommend with 5 stars.

I have to say i was pretty sceptical about this faucet. Ive priced similar ones locally and they were double the cost. OMG Im so glad i ordered it!! I love it! I can't wait to install my new sink so I can use it! It comes with literally everything you need to install. Instructions are very easy to understand so even i could install. Haha! I totally recommend this faucet if you are looking for a beautiful modern touch to your kitchen!

A very beautiful faucet, high-quality copper material, feel heavy, chrome finish, bright and clean.
This faucet has a relatively soft water flow, has a special bubble strainer, can reduce jet force, not splash around.
The kitchen faucet is simple to set up, and my dad was installed in just ten minutes.
Old faucets have lost their luster after long-term use, and I hope this faucet will last longer.

Make sure you push through the bigger white push connector before you feed any other hoses to ease installation! Even with the hose issue I still had it installed in under 10 minutes but that's my biggest take away.
Everything about this faucet helped for an easy install. The extra long color coded supply lines, the push connector for the pull out spray hose, the labeled spot for the hose weight, pre installed supply lines. It is designed to be super easy install. I would recommend using plumbers tape or plumbers sealer on the wall to supply line connection.
This faucet has a beautiful look. My mom opted to keep this one instead of a higher priced one installed in her main kitchen. It has a lighter feel but at this price point you get a lot more than expected. I will update if I run into any quality problems. But as of now I will be buying one of these for my girlfriends house.

Our kitchen sink faucet was broken, so we were excited to order this one. We were comparing a few different ones with the same functions, but it was a lot more expensive. So we settled with this one. Installation was easy, we did ran into the problem of the pipe/cord for the hot water being too short, so we had to run and get another one. Outside of that hiccups, everything works really well. We are happy with our purchase.

 So excited to get this and make my husband install it. Installation was pretty flawless, not that I did much but husband didn’t cuss so yea easy install. The faucet has its own lines installed inside the faucet that are black with red/hot and blue/cold woven in the lines. Clearly labeled line for a weight that is included. Very easy to use and awesome water pressure. So happy with my purchase.

I have not had it installed and operational yet. I will update my review when I do. I have assembled it and it is GORGEOUS. I live in southern AZ where the water corrodes all plumbing fixtures within 3 years regardless how expensive they are. So we now replace only with inexpensive ones. This one Has good weight to it and doesn’t feel like a cheap faucet at all. the pull down sprayer doesn’t stay in place now, but I am assuming it will once it is installed and the weight (included in package) is added to the end of the hose. That weight is HEAVY!! Again, I will update after installation and let you know!

This faucet is great, I'm not a plumber but the installation was a breeze
Small nitpick, the nut that was holding the faucet underneath the sink was very tight, had to use pliers maybe before installing it, try to tighten it to loosen it up because there is very limited space underneath the sink.

It looks very nice, matches the sink and you cant even see the buttons! The handle can be on the left or right side. Spray is very strong and washes food of the plates easily! Amazing faucet my girlfriend loves it!
