The couch was delivered early but they put it where I wanted it in my house. Assembly consisted of sliding the back onto metal posts that clip, and screwing the legs on with an included Allen wrench.

It's a little bit firm for my tastes but it arrived undamaged and it looks good. Way easier than aimlessly wandering around a furniture store being harassed by salespeople

Looks great. Light. Removable back makes moving it around easy. Delivery was quick and by far the best I've experienced, I reserved a timeslot, they called to confirm and then on the actual day called again to say when they were on the way and they removed all the packing too. Lost a star as the holes for the bolts that screw the legs on were not correctly placed but a trip to Home Depot for longer bolts fixed it.

Couch arrived 2 days ago, and I love it. Super comfy, beautiful, and easy to put together. The back slides on and you just attach the legs. Takes no more than 10 minutes. Be aware, the gray is a tad darker than the image which is perfect for me. I did get swatches in advance of purchasing so I knew what I was getting color wise.

Either way, highly recommend!

UPDATE -- After having it for a few months now the couch is still looking beautiful. It is comfy to sit on, and everyone compliments me on it. I highly recommend, especially for the price and free delivery.

Highly suggest skipping this couch purchase-
Fast shipping and cost effective short term option still doesn’t equate to dirty, broken couch. Try returning a broken couch to ups. This is a nightmare. Will likely donate it and be thankful, for other options.

Love, love my new couch. Exactly what it appeared to be, and super easy assembly! My mom hated the choice, but once here, she completely saw what style I was looking for in this room, and she admits she LOVES it, too. Super comfortable. A little pricey, but I am very happy with the quality and timeless style. Good investment in my opinion.

Arrived early great job on delivery. Couch is exactly as shown and described. Looks nice but not very comfortable the back does not provide any lumbar support. I was very happy at 5 ‘11 could lay down with inch to spare with head propped up on pillows. Feels sturdy but not rock solid. I am careful getting up and down the arms feel a little flimsy. I am very picky. Overall satisfied.
