This couch is better than I expected. Usually the saying goes, " You get what you pay for", but this exceeds my expectations. Its a little firm to sit on but that is honestly my preference. All three pieces come in their own box and was easy enough for me to bring them into the house and set it up by myself. I would recommend this product to anyone, thefe is no sense on spending $1500 on a couch when this competes with them.

Very excited about this sectional. After reading reviews I decided to purchase and I'm very glad I did. Couch is sturdy and looks great. The grey fabric is very modern and seems durable. Comes with connectors to keep the sofa and chaise together - very important if you have hardwood floors!

It arrived a full week sooner than expected. Came in three different boxes. Two huge boxes and one medium box. Assembly Was pretty simple, took about an hour to in box and assemble by myself. Cushions were VERY firm at first but have started to soften. The fabric is a little rough, almost like denim. Makes clean up easy. Cushions do slide around pretty easily. Overall I'm pretty impressed. I've received many complements and would recommend.

I’ve had this couch for 2 weeks. It arrived on the scheduled delivery date even with inclement weather. It arrived in 3 boxes. Two refrigerator size boxes and one hip height size. The instructions were in the middle size box. Read the instructions first before assembly. Cushions and tools are hidden inside the Velcro of the couch. The instructions were pretty easy. The couch is firm but still comfortable. I’ve slept on it just fine. My roommate and I love it. It’s the perfect size for both of us to lay down. We already had a coffee table so I use the ottoman as extra seating for guests. I thought the ottoman was a storage one but it’s not. Bummer. The only annoying or minor issues were how tight the top cushion for the ottoman is stored inside of it. BE CAREFUL when taking it out. See picture of the tear above. It’s minor but could’ve been worse if not paying attention. Also, one of the holes wasn’t punctured through the fabric so we couldn’t align things properly. We ended up using a knife to make our own hole. Then, there’s two metal pieces that help connect the sectional. The first one fit perfectly but then the second one didn’t go in, which is why in the picture we just used both in the same insert. Lastly, the only cushion that has Velcro is the ottoman. The cough ones easily slide out. The only annoying one is the L-shaped area. All these issues are minor and can be easily fixed. I would still purchase this couch again. You can’t beat the price for this size.

Originally, we’d been looking to buy this from Wayfair for twice the price (hadn’t searched Amazon for sectionals) but they ended up giving us a one month delivery. Cancelled their order and accidentally found the same one here on Amazon and recieved it in less than a week! The fabric is kind of scratchy feeling but overall it’s an awesome buy. It’s really firm at first but softens up and assembly was simple. Seems well constructed as well.

You get what you pay for. You will not be able to flip the cushions as the underside has a cheap black fabric to cut costs. Took 2 hours to put together as was reasonably straight forward. Great for a side room bu not for a main room. This will not withstand heavy use for more than 4-5 years tops. Lights use OK. Looks decent when all is said and done, but you may have to get packing wrinkles out after unpacking. I am disappointed that it is MUCH darker than the image. Thinking on selling it locally and trying something the right color.

I pretty much love this couch already! It's comfy and sturdy. The ottoman gives extra room/ seating and the gray is a perfect gray. Best couch for the price.
