Pros: The couch was delivered all wrapped up and I was dreading putting it together. It took maybe 5 minutes to assemble, where "assemble" means "click the three back sections and two armrests onto the base".
This couch is quite comfortable and soft and reclines easily. I'm 8 months pregnant and always uncomfortable, so for me to say that it's comfy right now... It's REALLY comfy. Husband slept on it during pregnancy insomnia madness and he had no complaints.
The price is WAY better than most of the comparable couches we found on here.
The color is nice too - a lovely dark cool grey.
Cons: I wish the footrest was easier to push down (I'm pretty weak right now, my husband has no problems with pushing it), and since we have wood floors we need to put something behind the feet to stop it from scooting back flush against the wall, because that stops the back from fully reclining. If the couch is flush against the wall, the headrest hits the wall - it needs about 4 inches of space to fully recline.
Those are the only two issues I have, and they're specific to weak people and wood flooring.
Conclusions: So all in all, great couch. Very comfy.
Will be buying the rest once we have more space. :)
This couch looked awesome when it first arrived. After 4 months of use though, the poor quality is apparent.
Pros: The fabric is super soft and comfy, and the color is perfect.
Cons: Stuffing is already coming out in two separate places. This is only after two adults using the couch... no extreme wear-and-tear with kids or pets. The two end seats are visibly less puffy than the middle seat (again, after only 4 months of use). Overall extremely poor quality.
I am so disappointed because I really wanted to love this couch and I anticipated it to be a long term furniture piece. Save your money.
UPDATE: I discovered that although the stuffing started coming out, it can be shoved back in and there are ZIPPERS to hold the stuffing in. Big discovery. Wish I had known this in the first place.
The material is very comfortable. delivery options were great - I will definitely buy other furniture on amazon or other online retailers. Assembly was easy, and the back can easily be disassembled if I need to move it.
The recliner mechanism is solid. But I can tell that the overall construction is a little cheap - the couch is not rigid when moving it around. For heavy use (kids jumping on it or whatever) you'll want a sturdier piece of furniture. Having said that, the quality absolutely exceeds my expectations for the price.
This couch is like the most fluffy, but supportive couch ever! We absolutely love it, and it has exceeded our expectations. The grey microfiber is super soft. Each end seat (not center seat) has a manual lever to kick out the leg rest. Only downside is the couch is extremely heavy; putting it together is not a one man job! My buff husband had trouble putting the couch together mainly because it is so heavy & bulky. Everyone loves this couch: my husband & I, our two cats, and my mom and dad. It's just right. Definitely recommend, but have at least two strong men to put together!
Update: this couch is not green as one reviewer unhappily commented. It is most definitely dark grey, however typical yellow-hued lighting makes the couch *appear* greenish in pictures. 3 months in, couch is still wonderful & especially cozy now that the snow has started in December.
Pro: This couch takes under 15 minutes to put together. Barely any time. No tools necessary because all you do is snap and link up pieces (arm pieces and sides) and you are done. The couch is deceptively light, but dont let that fool you because the quality is good. It is very soft and, as others have stated, it is incredibly comfy. The 2 recliner seats built in to the sofa are magical. All you do is engage the handles on the side and push your back against the chair and it can almost go flat (if you want) or you can slightly lean back and it will support you. I have fallen asleep on this thing numerous times. If you want to return to normal, all you have to do is push your booty back and straighten your back -- the chair will realign properly. From there, just push the leg support down (if you want or not) and you're good.
Con: Since I am 6'3 my feet hang off a bit more than I'd like when raising the leg support. I dont think many of you will have this problem as you all are probably short as hell... but it should be noted.
EDIT: It should also be noted that I bought this couch when it was ~$573. Hence, the "Great Price" comment. It seems to have gone up since then.
This is the most comfortable thing I’ve ever EVER sat on! And since it reclines, makes movie watching and gaming so much comfortable!
And falling asleep in it, as it has happened many times, is almost as comfortable as sleeping in your own bed!
Loooveee this thing!
My husband and I are both so pleased with our new sofa. It's comfy and perfect for us. Absolutely in love with it! The delivery took a bit of time but when we received it, the delivery guys were so kind and helpful. Not hard at all to put together, either. Perfect!
This couch is extremely comfortable, even more so than pretty much any high-end furniture store designer couch i've ever sat or slept on. The recliner is amazing, and the couch only needs to be about 1-2 inches off the wall for it to recline fully.
The one thing i will say is that it is heavy. I pushed this couch up two flights of steps (36 steps) by myself, which is doable (185 lbs, 6'1 male) but very difficult. If i ordered again, I would pay the truck to room delivery fee, but again moving it yourself possible if you have the willpower. My door frame is only 31" wide, which was wide enough to fit this couch through.
