I would have never shopped a mattress online and at first and I was unsure about buying it. but after receiving it, I was definitely happy with it. My husband 6ft, 225Ibs, he has back pain so he doesn't like too firm nor too soft mattress. this mattress surprised him and it was just right for him , It comes with a long square box, I can't image that how they pack it in the box, no body can know that is a mattress in the box. I opened the box and placed it on the floor. About 24 hours later, the mattress expand fully. My husband and I definitely love it. It helps us with a good nights sleep! worth the money, I would absolutely recommend purchasing it.
What my opinion?
Well got home and there is was; had no one I knew (just relocated) and did not feel comfortable asking a stranger into my new surroundings so I went into superwoman mode. I was determined that whatever it took I was going to get this over 70 lbs. mattress setup that night. Seriously you REALLY do need assistance in setting this up as it is quite heavy and by the time your hands lock from using regular scissors to rip off the outer cardboard and then the plastic you keep your eyes on the prize and continue.
Carefully I got the nack and moved the mattress off floor on to adjustable bed platform and began removing the outer plastic which is like a tightly bound sausage just waiting to get out. I have to tell you that I had everything set up my bed skirt was on and maneuvered the plastic off and actually (5) minutes later .....THERE SHE WAS!!
I was encouraged and made the bed up and went and calmed down, had a sandwich and within (2) hours I slept on my bed and honestly I had NO, yes NO smell whatsoever experienced, and I can't stand being near a smoker in traffic in my car, it was unbelievable :).
No I am a big girl and I think that this mattress will hold up as it is a plush in description it's cover is smooth to touch and feels good and I am impressed it is firm but NOT uncomfortable I feel I am well supportive even as I sit near the edge of bed and use the outer edge to get up. Even I had a hard time getting my dog to wake up because she laid at foot and got her comfort on and we both had a good nights sleep.
I researched and researched and come Prime Day I had narrowed myself down to this one as it is VERY important that your coils are encased and not just there as old time metal springs cause should the release you will feel probably the poking and holes that will come from not being encased as properly coils and for a 10 inch, memory foam and coiled hybrid bed for less than $220.00 I feel I made a good sound choice and look forward to tonight for my 2nd nights sleep as the mattress will have actually expanded the proper number of hours suggested. So far I feel good about this purchase and I think you will also.
The mattress is very comfortable - highly recommended be aware it is a little heavy best to have a friend handy when it gets delivered..
Received this 10 inch hybrid mattress today and I am so pleased so far. The mattress is night and plush and so cozy to lay on. Makes me want to take an imidiate nap. Compares extremely well to the other, more expensive mattresses I tested in mattress stores. So far the quality is worth the price Hands Down!
At first there wasn't any reviews so I went with my gut and bought this. Usually I have trouble sleeping with my old mattress but with this one I was knocked in minutes. Definitely worth it.
Soft top but nice and firm support. Cant beat it for the price!
I contemplated and was skeptical at first. I read the few reviews posted and I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a great buy! The mattress expanded to the same height of my Serta sleeper mattress, which was being replaced. It conforms to both my husband and my form when we are sleep. Overall, I would buy again and I recommend.
I bought the mattress for the guest bedroom before there were any reviews. I think it was a good find at a great price (queen). I bought a second one a couple days later (king). The price for bought has increase since then. I, general, am happy though the queen has recovered from being compressed quite well, the king one still has not fully expanded corners. In general comfortable with sufficient support but the king feels more bouncy than the queen. Both are quiet due to the wrapped springs but they do transfer motion quite a bit. I am a side sleeper who does not move much so on occasion I feel that the mattress could give just a bit more as I wake up with my arm "asleep", but I am not typical. I had a memory foam before for about $700-800 but it had a tendency to deform and I felt I was sleeping in a canoe...I do not have this problem here (so far). I think that my body is still adjusting to the shift and realignment and begins to feel better as I get used to the new mattress. I think you need to give it a bit of time to see how it is really working for you specifically.
In general fairly comfy and cozy and my house guests said that they slept well and felt that the mattress was plush and inviting. So 1) definitely great for a guestroom and 2) you need to test it to be sure it works for you specifically for every night sleeping. Overall positive experience...I hope it will hold up over time. Oh...one more thing...you most likely will need a second person to help to unpack and unroll the matter. Those babies are quite heavy, especially the king size.
