I love the comfort and the looks, the only thing marked down is the back panel is very thin. My husband pushed the cabinet against the wall and some plugs that were plugged in behind it, cracked through the panel. The rest of the bed is very sturdy and extremely comfortable.

This Murphy bed is simply amazing. It exceeded my expectations. it was delivered on a pallet strapped and packaged perfectly. Even though it was a little bit heavy, I did need to hire handy.com to help bring the bed in and assemble it. The mattress came in a vacuum sealed box which took 2 days to reach its queen size form. The bed looks great in my guest room.

I am very impressed with the quality of this bed, it is heavy since it is all solid hardwood. No veneers or particle board. I have some large friends and this seemed to be more sturdy when opened into a bed than the competition. I had a question and the owner got back to me quickly and professionally. It is packaged well, there was a large dent in the packaging but when we opened it the wood was undamaged. This is a small independent company and not a large impersonal conglomerate. I hope he does well in the future!

This company called me two hours after I purchased the bed to thank me, explain the shipping process and provide a direct phone number for any questions, These guys are amazing!!! Extremely well packaged. Great easy to follow instructions, minimal tools required, hammer and #2 Phillips. All hardware is identified by a letter on its individual package so keep all screws in their package until the instructions call for that letter. I'm still amazed at how well everything fit together. The entire cabinet is solid wood with a beautiful finish and the mattress is very comfortable. The operation of the bed is amazing and the extra space reclaimed is great.

Very nice piece of high quality furniture. All wood (no laminate over cheap press board or particle board). Cherry finish is beautiful, and the mattress is extremely comfortable (Way better than any sofa bed I've ever slept on). It took me 2.5 hours to unpack and set up with no assistance using recommended tools (manual and electric screwdriver, and hammer). Instructions were very clear and all parts were well labeled. Communication and help from Jason at the Murphy Bed Store was exceptional as we worked delivery details into my community that does not permit tractor trailers due to narrow and winding roads. We talked no less than half-a-dozen times over the course of the week and, when issues arose, Jason was there to solve them. Thanks also to their Freight Shipper Old Dominion and one of their employees who delivered the furniture in the back of his personal pickup. Could not be happier with the furniture or the delivery. Thanks to all.
