I was looking for water proof and not water resistant and this works great. Put it over deck furniture and keeps them. One dry. We have had some heavy rain recently and works great. Seems to be made of same materials as a lot of umbrellas.

The cover is a good, heavy weight and I like the way it fastens onto the table legs, to keep it from blowing off during high winds. It is definitely waterproof. It rained the day I put it on and water beaded on it. The material is thick and it covers the furniture easily. The cover is a very nice quality and looks like it will protect our new table and chairs for many winters/summers!

Perfect for our L shaped patio sectional, fit great and has room to spare. Has a few Velcro straps to help keep it tied on. So far it is holding up to Phoenix heat and monsoons

We have 2 outdoor couches that need to be covered on our covered porch area. We put all of the pieces together as closely as we could and draped this over almost all of the furniture. It is very spacious and worked well the first winter. We don't get much snow because the porch is covered but it did protect it from the brunt of the winter.

I purchased this cover for an outdoor modular furniture set which we have on our upper deck that is screened in. There were some negative reviews on this cover, but I took a chance & ordered it. I am happy to say that this cover has met all my expectations! Yes, it is light weight, but it has not moved once off of our furniture & has kept it completely dry which is important since the furniture is not covered by a roof, it is open. I would definitely recommend this cover, it fits the Kinbor modular furniture perfectly & also you can tie the draw string at the bottom to secure it.

I have this covering an L shaped sectional piece (pretty similar to the product pictures) along with a glass coffee table and it seems to be working well so far. The cover is actually quite spacious there’s enough room for furniture and miscellaneous items depending on how tight you push everything together. The cover includes a small pouch which allows you to fold up the cover for easy storage when necessary. One nice thing about the cover is that there is a drawstring so that you can tighten it up over the furniture which is useful especially if it’s windy outside. I’m happy to no longer have to go outside to retrieve the furniture cushions since I can just leave them on with the cover.

This is pretty good for the money. It's a lot bigger than you would think and can cover quite a bit of your outdoor furniture. I do wish that the bottom tie closure was a bit more secure, but for the price, I am pleased with the purchase.

I currently am using a tarp to cover my patio furniture set over the winter and on rainy days. While the tarp does a good job at protecting my patio set, its not the best looking. As such, I wanted an alternative to that which this Patio Cover provides. It looks good and has great water resistance properties. I have a 6 piece patio set, however, opted for the larger cover as sometimes I like to store more stuff under it. This cover accommodates all of my patio stuff while looking good as well!

It's really big and the corner velcro ties are amazing! Why didn't someone think of this sooner. It really makes a difference. Our patio chairs are wide arm chairs so the cover could get everything and the ties kept the cover down in the wind but still not completely. This cover is so appropriately big that we re-arranged the chairs to go on top of the table and now the chairs and table are completely covered and tied down. Nothing can get wet. Worth every penny.

If there is any pooling of rain water, the weight of the water causes the material to rip so easily when trying to remove the cover. However, Flyhouse had excellent customer service and we were able to get a replacement out painlessly.
