I love these cutting mats. They’re thicker than ones you find in store and are larger in size too (I added a few photos with the mats and a standard roll of paper towels to get a better reference to their size). They are color coded with a food icon graphic to help prevent cross contamination but honestly, as long as you clean them thoroughly, I don’t think it matters which color mat you use—I simply just grab whichever one is most handy! Speaking of cleaning them- they are also dishwasher safe so that’s a bonus. I really like these flexible plastic cutting boards for my kitchen. In my book, they are tried and true because this is the second set I've acquired. My first set is getting worn out after 10 years, so this a new one to replace them. I like the color coding & food symbols to delineate which type of food one should chop on it. I also like the dishwasher-safe plastic because I can machine wash them and know they've been sterilized. If you happen to drop them, they don't break. You can also pick them with the chopped food on it and sweep them into a bowl or pan with a knife. It's easy! For storage, they don't take hardly any cabinet space. They also do not retain the odor of foods like fish or onions.

I was floored when I saw these. I thought these are thick that’s a joke. Well they are much thinner than a normal cutting board. They are about 1/4” thick. I used the green one tonight to chop onions and peppers. To my surprise they worked great. They did not skip it slide on the counter like some do. They after being washed prior to the using them did not hold a soap smell as some plastics do. They bend and are flexible. I love them.

My 2nd nom has these same cutting boards do I've always wanted some like this. I like how they are color coded and labeled to help avoid cross contamination when you are cooking! They are flexible and flat and easy to store . Material is durable and strong to withstand lots of cutting.

Flexible.. light weight.. and very durable. Love the bright colors. Also, the fact that each one is labeled for a particular food group is awesome. Everyone knows you shouldn't use the same cutting board for meat and veggies/fruits. Highly recommend this product!!

These are really nice cutting boards. Each one is a different thickness and is perfect for their own task, whether that be fruits, breads, and meats. They're easy to clean and very sturdy. I'm really impressed with these and would buy them again for sure.

These cutting boards are thin, lightweight, but still very durable. They are also bigger than I imagined, which makes them great not only for cutting prep but also anything that involves spreading dough, such as pizza or dumplings. They are also big enough for pizza hot out of the oven, which keeps the mess down so cleanup is easier. Speaking of cleanup, just toss these in the dishwasher.

These are really great cutting boards. I like that there is some texture on the back to help prevent slipping. The color coating is nice as well to keep you mindful of cross contaminating. So far they are holding up better than any other of the thin style cutting boards we have owned. I would recommend only putting them in a dishwasher if you had raw meat on them. Otherwise, I would wash in the sink to avoid the boards warping a bit. This is just my personal preference. I will buy these again when i wear out my current boards. I highly recommend these for the casual home cook or an avid home cook (We cook at home about 5 days a week).

The description says dishwasher safe, but they are too tall to fit in the bottom rack of my standard sized dishwasher (the spinning propeller thing hits them if stacked upright). So I need to lay them flat on the top rack which takes up a lot of space. They work fine, but I probably wouldn’t buy them again for this reason.

I was hesitant on these. Just came back from a rental property for vacation and they had these but apparently way thinner! The thickness of these are fantastic! And they have the no slip grip on the bottom!! I love how they are coded to certain items so you don’t mix meat with fruit. Super easy to clean and fits my dishwasher. Oversized as well so it’s great for all items.

- looks nice when hanging on the wall
- flexible and easy to rince
- lightweight and easy to move around with ingredients on top

Cons
- vulnerable to heat, not suited for cutting hot stuff, e.g. baked or grilled goodies
- serrated knives such as steak knives or bread knives would leave marks on the surface
- kind of pricy

There are a total of six different colors and different types of food logos, which can safely distinguish different types, raw and cooked foods. This is the reason why I bought it. Cleaning is more convenient, but it may be because my chef's knife is very sharp, or the ingredients I processed at the time were relatively hard, leaving many scratches on the cutting board, which may become a source of health threats. The life cycle of the cutting board is estimated to be about half a year. It may be longer for cooking less frequently or for processing some simple ingredients, but for health and safety considerations, long-term use is not recommended.
