Read reviews that mention:

I ordered two sets of these chairs. One was fairly easy to put together, once I tossed aside the Allen wrench provided and used a drill instead. Some of the screw locations are really difficult to get to. The second set I put together was full of problems. Holes were misaligned, the table sits unevenly, etc. As of now, the second set is assembled, but missing a screw or two in each chair, so here’s hoping the hold up to actual use.

My other issue with these chairs is that they are described as black and brown, and the woven part in the pictures definitely looks black, but there is no black on these chairs at all, which was hugely disappointing. They don’t look as good as I thought they would, and the cushions are very thin and definitely much more tan than in the pictures. Overall, just a very blah tan/brown look. Not what I was going for. The only reason I kept these is because the original box is required for return, and my husband threw the boxes out.

Beautiful furniture! We just got it 2 weeks ago so cannot say how it will hold up with different weathers. Love the color and wicker. The installation was a pain and my husband did each piece on different days. Some parts were easily screwed with an electric screw driver and some with Allen key provided. The cusions are comfortable, but they slip when we sit on them, so we attached some welchro tape to attach them properly. Uts a great addition to out patio as, I use them which I wanna work outside on my laptop, if the weather is good, and we've had some social distace outdoors visits by friends becasue of these.
Ok, so when I decided to order this set, there were no reviews on it. I was a little nervous but decided to order anyway and I’m so glad I did. It’s really nice and sturdy and feels like great quality. It took me 4 hours to put together by myself. It comes with an Allen wrench (hex key) so if you have a better tool I’m sure it’d take less time, but I worked with what I had and took my time since I’m notorious for messing up builds (aka ikea furniture and the like lol). But I was able to complete it all on my own! A piece of advice is when putting the chairs together, don’t screw anything in all the way until you make sure the pieces all align. The backrest screws in on an angle so you need to make sure it’s aligned properly or else you won’t be able to get any of the other screws in. All in all, great purchase. Hoping it holds up over the years. Will be purchasing covers for the chairs though to help keep safe from the elements. Will add a photo once I set up my patio!
Pros: *Looks decent from a distance

Cons: *Hard to assemble. Overall there aren't too many bolts/screws, but many of them are located in hard to reach corners that require fumbling with an allen wrench to make about a million tiny quarter-turns to tighten. The larger problem, at least with the set I received, was holes not lining up properly.

One of the chairs went together OK after some struggling, but the base for the second chair was noticeably warped. This resulted two screws simply being impossible to insert at all. A third screw only went in at an extreme angle, and not very far, to the point where I'm not sure if it's actually supporting anything or just kind of wedged in the hole.

I also received an incorrect table leg. The instructions list all four legs as the same piece, when in reality there are two different orientations for the holes. I received three of one version and one of another, rather than two and two. I was actually able to force the bad leg into place and assemble the table, and you don't notice if that side is facing away from you. Still, it shouldn't be that way, and it doesn't speak well of their quality control.

*Feels cheap, looks cheap upon closer inspection. First, the colors in the official picture aren't exactly what you get. The wicker portion of the chair isn't black as in the description, but a dark brown. The wood portion is also lighter than in the picture. I don't think it looks bad, but it also doesn't look like what was advertised.

The wood definitely looks low-quality up close, and it is also extremely light-weight. The description lists it as acacia wood, and for all I know acacia might just be a very light-weight wood, so I can't fault them there. But, it definitely FEELS like balsa wood.

*No ties on the cushions. This might seem minor, but there's a reason many cushions for patio furniture have ties at the corners. Basically, if you don't sit perfectly upright and plant your feet so your butt doesn't shift forward, both the pillow and you are going to start sliding off the chair. The design of the chairs doesn't lend itself well to including ties (you'd have to thread them through the wicker), but it's a pretty glaring oversight.

I could see giving this as many as three stars if all the holes lined up properly and the pieces were correct, as the set does look decent unless you really inspect it closely. However, I ultimately decided on one star, simply because there's a real chance you could end up with a product that can't be assembled, or that you wouldn't feel comfortable bearing someone's weight.
I love this set!! Looks great on my back porch. If you look at my pic, those are my cactus pillows, they did NOT come with the set. My daughter and I put it together in about 2 -3 hours. Some screw holes didn’t line up very well, but between the 2 of us we made it work. I did break a cardinal sin and use a power tool on 2 screws. They were in a very tight spot and couldn’t get any leverage. I probably had more trouble with the table. One leg is cut wrong, but once we got it together, it looks prefect. The colors are more of a tan/dark brown, not tan/black the description said. They are very comfortable to sit on. I’m a little on the heavy side (size 12) and have plenty of room for sitting. Another reviewer mentioned that the pillow slides when sat on. One chair does slide the other does not.
Beautiful set!!!
For the price, the quality of this set should be much higher. Plenty of holes not lining up, wood that is not consistent in length, makes for a wobbly table and chairs once it's been put together. Once assembled and shimmed, the set is not too bad. The thickness of the cushions is not that great but at least they can be replaced. The cushions tend to slide around a bit, but this can be easily remedied.
A little time consuming to assemble, but worth it. Looks great. Table had a corner unglued, but nothing a little wood glue couldn’t fix. Comfortable and perfect for small balcony.
