My wife and I love this Kraus KPF-2631 faucet. It looks good, and has excellent water flow with no apparent water restriction. Also, the spray head can be unscrewed easily for future replacement (which we all know will have to be done due to hard water buildup). What I love the most about it is the EASY install. The faucet body is installed from above! Easiest install I have ever done. You only have to get under the sink to attach the faucet water lines to the source. Everything you need comes with the faucet. The biggest problem I had was uninstalling the old faucet. Warranty notes... The “Limited Lifetime Warranty” is for the faucet body itself. The spray head has a one year warranty, and the control cartridge has a five year warranty. In summary, the faucet looks good and installs easily, with no leaks after the install. So far, so good.
Update: I recently had some email exchanges with Kraus customer service attempting to obtain a backup spray head so I had one on hand when in a few years it starts failing, as they all do due to our hard water. The customer service rep said I did not have to do that, since all Kraus faucets have a lifetime warranty. I mentioned that the installation manual that came with the faucet stated the spray head had a one year warranty. He assured me that was incorrect. Everything about the faucet has a lifetime warranty, including the spray head and the cartridge. If anything should fail in the future, just contact them and they will send repair parts for free. Be sure to register the faucet with them. Just thought I would share this information.
*Update. I called the manufacturer and they sent me out a new faucet head. They said it would arrive 3 days later and to my shock it arrived within 24 hours! I replaced the head and now the faucet works perfectly. That's some great customer service. Went from 1 star to 4 star in my book.
Horrible!!!! Just installed this brand new faucet and it is defective. This is the 2nd faucet that I have purchased of this style that sprays out the button area and head attachment.
I used this in my recent kitchen remodel and it turned out great. Feels really nice and I love that the hose is stainless most are plastic.
Just had our new faucet installed today, but so far love it! Our home is only a year old, so the style goes great with our other appliances. When we built the house, I just had to have one of those “sensor” faucets that comes on when it senses motion at a certain point. We had nothing but trouble with that faucet and never had good water pressure; it also didn’t function as advertised. Our new faucet has the best water pressure I’ve ever seen/had in a kitchen faucet. Another plus is that we used Amazon’s “expert installation” service. The installer contacted me ahead of time to introduce himself and to be sure the faucet had been received. He arrived on time and - WOW - he had it installed in less than an hour. The biggest plus? The Amazon service cost $50 to $75 less than any of the local plumbers we talked to. At this time, I would recommend both this faucet and the installation service.
We went to the kitchen specialty stores and looked at the $700 kitchen faucets ... yup, I'm serious. This Kraus faucet is really great. It's very well made and seems like a great quality product. It even comes with supply lines pre-attached which effectively saved me an additional $15. My only (very small) "nit" which kept me from giving it a 5 was the "direction" of the pull for hot water ... it's toward you instead of away. I read that this can be a safety issue if a child accidentally turns it on, it would likely go to hot. Now, given that we have a "tankless" water heater, it takes a while for the hot water to begin, so it's not really a big deal (plus my youngest grandchild is now old enough not to hurt herself). But, to earn a 5 (at least IMHO) the product must be great quality (it is); great looking (it is); great functionality (it has it); AND the best possible design (see above). If that doesn't bother you, this is a fantastic faucet at a really great price.
I was so excited when I received my new Kraus faucet. I read so many great reviews about this faucet. It is a very sturdy sleek faucet. The spout pulls down all the way to the bottom of my deep sink. The water pressure is great. All the parts on the faucet is high quality. There is no plastic on this faucet. I installed this faucet myself. That is how easy it was to install. I have been getting so many compliments on how much they love the faucet. I looked at less expensive faucets and so happy I spent the little extra money for such a quality faucets.
Really nice quality faucet. I found it very easy to install myself. It comes with nice long hoses to connect to your shut off valves. Water flow is good and it is very easy to turn left and right. I was impressed by the size of the clip on weight to pull the hose back into place. It keeps good tension on the holder and the hose extends out at least 18” to the bottom of my sink. I installed it on a quartz countertop without the 3 hole deck plate and it is very solid to the counter.
Cheaper narrower water lines restricting water flow. The cheaper or other brands are shipped with water lines larger in diameter thus allowing for more water to flow to the sprayer. As a result the sprayer is useless with restrictive water pressure. The braided lines are of the cheaper quality. I’m very disappointed.
Top notch quality SS, brass and complete with all the fittings. A really good faucet that compares with units costing a lot lot more. Bought 3 different units for renos and all were superbly packaged and easy to install. Highly recommended
Feels quality for price I paid installation was made easy. Water flow is strong no issue with it.
Only thing I have issue with is that it sits a bit high on my sink so sometime when washing dishes water will spill a bit on the counters. The head doesn't sit very low and is a bit high.
If I would choose again I'd pick something that is a bit lower.
The faucet itself seemed high quality, but the system they use to attach the faucet to the counter, though convenient, was not sturdy enough. The metal clips in the clamp mechanism bent and one broke upon installation. I returned the item.
Solid beauty and quality. Very easy to install - not much to do under the sink except attach the supply lines (provided) to your shut-off valves. The Spot-free stainless finish is easy to keep clean and looks great along side the KDS soap dispenser.
It's better than my leaking faucet but the spring is just for show, it's too hard and if you want to use it to pull away, your gonna break it in 2(the faucet) it is not strong. So it's commercial style only, not for real.
Bought and installed the faucet almost 1 year ago exactly. Worked and looked great. A couple weeks ago the water pressure in the faucet decreased dramatically due to what appears to be a faulty spray head. The pressure only stays strong when I'm holding down the stream/spray toggle.
Good looking product but can't recommend.
super happy with it, had it for 3 months now. Sturdy and easy to use. Compares easily with twice as expensive similar items in the big box stores
This faucet looks beautiful and seems durable. I used to have a Jalo kitchen faucet "Le Chef" and it broke after a 3-4 months. I decided to replace with the Krau KPF Oletto Faucet since it was Amazon's Choice and had amazing reviews. I was not disappointed and it is still working perfectly!
Great quality especially for the price you pay for it. Look great plus it comes with everything you need to install it.
