We just bought a home that has a smaller living room but didn’t have a couch yet... I ordered this after contemplating several different choices. What sold me on choosing this couch was the chaise lounge being reversible or just making it a couch with ottoman. When this arrived, I noticed it was clearly marked which side to open. Once opened, the directions were very clear on what to do and where the parts were located. By receiving an email before even getting the couch, I knew that’s where the parts all were at. We are very pleased with this couch! I am 5’3”, and my feet do hang over the chaise lounge - that is not a complaint though. When I lay longways on the couch my feet do not go over, which is nice. The bottom of the legs also come with a floor protectant, for those of you who would be putting this on hardwood floors. If you are putting it on carpet, either put it in place before the legs go on or have someone help you move it. No tools are needed either to put this together so if you are looking for something simple, I’d definitely recommend this couch.

I am happy with the purchase. It is small and perfect for a small living room. However the back support is very low so the back pillows kind of just flop backward

This sofa works perfectly for my little living room. It arrived within 2 days even though it indicated it would take over a week. It is relatively easy to assemble, but assembly is required. It is a little firm, but I'm sure it will get soft after use as it was sealed pretty tight. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I pity the poor FedEx employee that had to deliver this sucker! The couch is a great deal for the price! The instructions are clear, and the parts of the couch are clearly labeled, but cleverly hidden inside other parts of the couch (which is both good and bad).
The couch is firm, but comfortable. The fabric seems durable, and like it will not show damage quickly.
We selected the gray color, but be aware that it is definitely a blue-grey (which is perfect for us!)

my mother like it, very good for our small appartment. inside is real thick plywood, looks strong. solid wood legs, not like other sofa is in plastic legs. just the back is a little low, however it is ok for me. because it is small couch, lower back looks fashion. the seat is middle soft, feeling good...

I first want to give kudos to the customer service. I accidentally had the sofa shipped to the wrong address and customer service worked with me to get it rerouted to the right address promptly and hassle free. I always greatly appreciate that level of service.
The sofa itself came in a much smaller box than I thought. They packaged it well to protect from shipping damage. When I first saw the box, I was scared because it seems like it was dragged a lot and the box was ripped in several locations, however when I opened it, the exterior of the couch and cushions were completely fine. The assembly was quick and easy and once you break the couch in, it's pretty comfortable. It is sleepable, however itd have been ideal to have it be a little wider to accommodate sleeping better, but overall it's comfortable and great purchase.

It took me 35 minutes to assemble it by myself. I’m 5’1 and 105 pounds. It came in a big big box and most of the tools are inside of the couch so you have to open the zipper to find everything. I love that this couch is firm so if you don’t like from couches this is not for you. Color is true compared to the pictures they have and overall I really like this couch.
