I ordered this very hesitantly because there were no reviews. The color and shine of the faux leather in the pictures is not accurate to how it looks in person. In my opinion, it looks more expensive in person. It is several shades darker and more matte. HOWEVER. I did not receive the legs, 2 back cushions, or bolster pillows. I was told someone from UPS would come by to get this one as my replacement was shipped out, and that did not happen. I was also told my new couch would come in 3 days and when the 3 days were up I was told it isn't coming for another week. So now I don't have a couch for a week and a half and I am furious. This whole thing has been completely unacceptable.

UPDATE: I received my new couch in January and the first few weeks were good. However, where the armrests and back support attach is not secure. So 75% of the time, a piece will fall out from under me as I am sitting. DO NOT BUY.

Absolutely loved this couch style and the look. I must have looked at over 1000 couches before deciding on this one. There was only one review at the time that said the couch was missing the cushions when it arrived but I took the chance. How could I not for the price?!? All the cushions are zipped underneath the bottom cushion for shipping so the other person must not have read that. It’s the perfect couch and looks way more expensive than $350! Super happy with the product. It took less than 15 minutes to assemble and was very easy to do. Highly recommend.
