First and foremost, the center piece of the loveseat is NOT missing, it is beneath, tucked up under the loveseat. You have to pull back the velcro lining and voila! I know, its ridiculously hidden. I was upset too before I found it later that night. I love this set. I found the exact one in a furniture store in my area for nearly double the price. Between the Chair, Love Seat and Couch, there is 5 recliners. The center of the Love Seat has a small storage area behind the cup holders. It was pretty easy for me and my man to put together. It is NOT LEATHER, it is fiber. I have a long haired dog, and so far it doesn't collect hair. The couch is a sitting couch, not for laying because of the shape of the cushions. It's not the most glamorous set, but it is worth the price tag. It is just what I was wanting for my living room. Hope this helps some that are looking or previous purchased.

I was very excited to purchase these...I knew the quality wasn't going to be the best, but thought they would get me through for a couple years...bit it has been a hassle and disappointment that started at delivery...when they were delivered it was one gentleman who informed me it was just a drop off and they would not be bringing them up...I live on a third floor and at the time was 8 mo ths pregnant...I have to find someone and paid money to have someone bring them up...then the first 3 week were good I loved the size and noticed they were getting fragile...the love sit started to sink and you could hear the springs make very loud noises...something was out of place...I contacted the seller to set up an exchange and when they came to pick it up...same person that dropped it off informed me I have to bring them down and package them myself! I had just had a baby and cant package nor carry it out from the third floor...so they make exchanging nearly impossible...I've had them now for a couple months and the springs are pooping out due bottom... they make loud sticky noises...and I have a 2 year old who keeps tipping the single recliner over if she leans on it! I am so unhappy and feel like it was a wate of money...would not purchase again

Product looks great in our family room. Easy to assemble. We were given a 7-day window for delivery and it arrived on the second day of the seven day window. Suggest you get help moving items in as the delivery is to your front door only.

For the price point I don’t think you can find a better deal for all 3 pieces. Like another review said, the middle piece of the loveseat is tucked underneath and inside of it. I wouldn’t have thought to look there because it’s hidden, so thankfully I read the reviews first. There are a few scuff marks (not in obvious places) and there’s a broken support piece on the bottom of the loveseat (design flaw; feels like a thin piece of wood) near where the middle piece is tucked inside and hidden. It’s not leather, it feels more like fabric? Not sure exactly what kind. But it’s soft and comfortable and I’m so happy with my purchase! I needed an entire set but couldn’t afford to drop $3k on a better set.

The couches are comfortable, made sturdy, and work great, but the single recliner broke within weeks of receiving. Now it has been a back and forth headache to get the return labels to just simply exchange the chair. It has been six weeks of call after call to try and get the proper return labels to exchange the broken chair sitting in my living room. The chair leans to the left and won't close. So it is stuck in the recline position permanently. Amazon has emailed the seller numerous times and still no proper return labels have come via email or otherwise and our attempts to contact the seller go unanswered. I would not advise anyone to buy anything through this seller due to their problematic handling of returns.

The couches are nice. The loveseat arrived and is missing a piece of the back. The store has not responded to my emails about it and it has been over a week now. The recliner chair doesn't feel to sturdy. But overall for the price, they look great in my living room. I just wish the loveseat were complete! I'm not sure how an entire sofa piece didn't show up with the living room set.

Do yourself a favor, do not purchase. I was in a pinch and needed something fast and cheap because my other furniture was done. This stuff is literally made of particle board and will break very easily, the cushions are super thin. If you need something to fill an extra room that will never be used, then this is for you. If you actually plan to sit on it.....don't waste your money.
