This Furniture is comfortable and really nice..I was not happy when I took out the recliner because it was uncomfortable but then I realized had had not been leaning back as far as the chair went. I even went so far as asking for a refund. Sure glad I didn’t.. I love the look and the size. Great value for three pieces of furniture..

I bought this couch on 08/06/18. Delivery was expedient, and the company used to deliver the couch was very professional. Only assembly needed was to slide the backrests onto the bases. And for the price of the couch, it is pretty comfortable, but definitely meant for people under 6".

Sometime in January we noticed a looseness inside one of the seats of the loveseat. We thought maybe it was just breaking in and thought nothing more of it. Now it makes an audible noise when you sit on that one seat, and it feels like your squishing a spring.

After contacting the seller, I was informed there is no warranty on this product, and there's nothing they can do about it. Less than 7 months old and half of one couch is breaking down, and there's no warranty for fixing or replacing.

I'd like to start off by saying aesthetically, this set looks amazing and comes with an amazing price tag. We're still in the process of moving so we haven't really got much use out of them yet but they felt really comfortable from our initial testing. The single recliner is small but perfect for me since I'm not a big person anyway and our overall the set fits well in our tight spaced living room. I will say that I will NEVER purchase from the seller "Cavalier Store" ever again due to their poor customer service. The couch ships for free yet, I went back and forth with them and their misinformed representatives who tried to charge me $187 change my shipping address hours after I placed the order and hours before the product was even shipped. I had to contact the shipper (R&L Carriers) to get it resolved. Mind you, R&L Carriers isn't even listed as a shipper for the company on their page.

These are amazingly awesome!! They are good quality and the brown is a beautiful, rich color. It wipes down easily. They delivered them directly to my house. We had to out together the top of each into the bottom, as they cone in a box partially assembled. But that didnt require tools and was easy to do. I will say, they are smaller than what you would expect so if you are a tall family or heavy set, be prepared for less room. The seats seem to be about 6 to 10 inches shorter in the part to sit. The couch is a decent length but the loveseat is only about the size of a chair and a half and the recliner isn't much bigger than a regular kitchen chair. I'm 5'7 and I feel like a giant when I sit in the recliner. I put the loveseat and recliner together to make just another couch and together they are smaller than the couch. The size is my only complaint though. Everything else makes them absolutely worth the prices.

Furniture is comfortable, sits high and reclines not too far. Easy to assemble (took about 10 minutes) and was not too heavy (chair under 100 lbs, couch and love seat weighed approximately 150 lbs each). Love it and looks very well made.

The furniture is perfect and exactly as described. It is on the smaller size, which is perfect for our small city row home. It came 3 days early, which was a added bonus.

We bought this ensemble as a house warming gift for my son and his family. So far no negative remarks. Hopefully it will last them for a long time. I will keep you posted.
We have had this furniture for 4 months, and it is falling apart. The recliner has broken springs protruding, along with the frame leaning sideways. The love seat has cushions warping, and moving to the point that when you sit down, you sink to the bottom and your arm is resting on wood. I have never purchased such cheap furniture in my life. It has become an embarrassment, especially since we thought we were buying something nice and long lasting for my son and daughter in law. Right now, this furniture belongs in the dump!!
Update: While my son and his family were very disappointed with this furniture, and it did not hold up to everyday use, the company, Cavilier Furniture and Amazon stood behind there furniture. At first they wanted to exchange it, but we did not want to replace it only to have the same problem again. They came, picked up the furniture today at no cost to us. We have not received our refund yet, but I do not foresee a problem. I will post a follow up report when the refund comes through. So far, so good
