I spent about a year sofa hunting for our tiny living room, and after never hitting the right mix of right size, configuration, color, and price point decided to buy online. After almost a full day of couch hunting on Amazon, I took a deep breath and ordered this one. And am so glad I did! I ordered on a Saturday, was contacted by the delivery company the following Fri, and received the next Mon, so 10 day turnaround. I had to choose between morning or afternoon delivery, so knew a general timeframe they'd arrive. They called again 30 min prior to arrival. Naturally we received heavy snowfall on my delivery day, so I was surprised they arrived early in my delivery timeframe. As others have said this was delivered in three boxes, one box per section and a smaller one for the ottoman. The delivery team brought all three boxes into my entryway. Section ssembly took maybe an hour, my boyfriend found it easy. The ottoman was already assembled. My boyfriend noticed that the side with the arm rest was askew by approx 1/2", not a big enough difference for him to redrill holes and not noticable when looking at the assembled section. After reading so many mixed reviews I was nervous this would be too hard, but it's really comfortable to me. I'd describe it as supportive yet soft, like a hug that you collapse into. I've fallen asleep on it most nights for the last two weeks, so it has to be comfy! I deducted one star for the drill holes being off, the cup holder being a little specific in how to access (it helps to push from below, don't just pull from the top of it may end up breakiy), and because I didn't see anything mention the ottoman is less padded than the couch. Hoping to get at least five years out of this sofa, with two humans, a dog, and five cats we'll see. I'm sure this came with some kind of treatment, but I got a safer than Scotchgard protective spray and applied in small sections to hopefully prevent staining. I was really anxious about this piece not working out for any number of reasons (too hard, color not as pictured, measured wrong in listing, etc.) but this was a major living room upgrade and immediate hit. It's only been two weeks, but so far we absolutely love this, so glad I went for it! Including pictures of the ottoman box (couldn't get all three boxes together as my house is small), assembled couch, and up close to show color, texture, and 2/5 happy kitties that live cuddling on it. Please note throw pillows were bought separately, the gray ones are such a close match I don't want anyone to be confused and think they came with.

 This couch has been a very nice upgrade to my living room. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were simple. There are two ways to assemble it depending on how you want it to be arranged. It came with all the tools so there were no extra tools required. I like how you can arrange the couch how you want. Currently, I have the two pieces separated. Each piece is against each wall. It does not look odd when they are separated; it looks good. The material is nice. I like how the Velcro keeps the padding and cushions in place. Each cushion has a zipper for easy cleaning. I also love the ottoman. We keep all of our board games and extra sheets in the ottoman. The ottoman can also be used as a nice footrest or extension for the couch. I also love the cup holder because it can be hidden and flipped up to conceal or it can be flipped down to use. It came in time for Christmas and the New Year and I am very happy with it. I got so many compliments.

 I was very skeptical ordering this but I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s a low profile sectional that was simple to put together and required only a couple tools that were provided. It looks nice and appears to be durable. I have two dogs that constantly make a mess so time will tell on that end. For the price you can’t beat the quality and the look. The built in cup holders are a nice touch along with the storage in the ottoman. Good deal all around

I am very happy with this Amazon find! I am shocked at how comfortable this sectional is! You can’t beat the price for what you are getting. It wasn’t hard to assemble at all. I am slightly bummed there wasn’t a latch or connecting piece to hold the sectional together though. The two pieces slide apart very easily even on our rug.

I was looking for a couch for my new apartment that I had moved into. and came across this so thought of buying it as it looked more like a set of furniture too. Main reason to buy was that it fitted the corners according to the size of my apartment properly. I would definitely recommend the design and the comforting aesthetic that it adds to the living room. Totally worth the money.

This couch perfect for the price, sofa is self assembly, not too hard to do. It’s gray and has a blue undertone to it, comfortable fabric. You can barely tells it has a seat that folds down, which I like. Very satisfied with this couch and it did come about a week after I ordered it (10th to the 18th).
