I have to say they have excellent customer service the one leg of the bed was incorrectly drilled off by 3 inches they sent me an entire new bed. It was not easy to put together but it’s well made and sturdy. You need to people to assemble it. My husband is in a wheel chair and couldn’t help me but my 12 year old daughter was able to help. I recommend a flashlight for assembly so u can see the where the screws line up inside the legs.

Cool space saving bed, and great customer service!
When the bed arrived my daughter (and I) were so excited we disassembled her old wooden bed and tossed it before we opened the new one- it was missing the slats that run width wise that the mattress sits on! I emailed the company right away and they were super helpful, offered a total refund or a total re ship oof the entire bed. My hubby is a handy man so we opted for a refund and used it to go to the hardware store and have poles cut, easy fix and our daughter loves it!

My daughter loves it. Has definitely made a space saving difference in her bedroom.
Put together by myself... do not recommend, an alarming amount of swearing and wanting to toss it out. Two people recommended to support pieces instead of using a toy pirate ship to hold a bar level with the holes.

this product was inexpensive, quick, to be delivered and easy to assemble. i bought this to use in a bedroom for a 9 year old boy. the room is small so the loft frees up a lot more floor space for him. i was able to put this loft this together by myself before my boy got home school. i only needed another set of hands when attaching the top section. my boy were excited and surprised . he love it . there is room underneath for a desk , bookshelf, seating, etc. but not room enough for me to stand up straight. we are very pleased with the functionality and the quality. especially with the affordable price. i highly recommend this loft bed. it is sturdy, functional and cute.

Product it’s self is ok. However package showed up a week late. The box was pretty beat up, but nothing was broken. Instructions were not great and all the fasteners were mixed in like 3 bags. After assembly though very happy with the bed. So for the price I guess I can’t complain.

The bed cane shipped in a box. It’s well put together and takes some envisioning when putting it together because the instructions are just a picture showing what parts are available and where they go. I had to redo some parts because the parts are universal and you have to pay attention to pre drilled holes for placement of the ladder. My kids enjoy it and I saved space

This bed was for my daughter. Not only was it missing 8 large washers... the directions were unclear on how to put this thing together. I had to buy random washers but couldnt find the size we needed. My daughter was really looking forqard to this bed and now i have to come up with some way to make sure it doesnt fall apart while i find her something better!

Assembly ideally requires 2 people bc the bars kept slipping off the second rail as I assembled. Not impossible to assemble by yourself but heavy and frustrating. After using the product for some time it wobbles a bit. The stairs spin so you have to tighten the bars periodically. If you toss and turn at night you can bruise yourself on the bars. I liked the price and am still using the product.
