Bed was easy to set up and not as heavy as I thought. It did arrive with a small hole in the upholstery that i didn’t see til it was all set up. I sewed it up but was a bit disappointed with that hence the four stars and not five. All other functions seem fine and run smoothly with very close to no noise. My bed has an outlet in the control box for led lights and shows led lights in the directions diagram and I’d like to know where I can buy them from if anyone knows. Will update if the bed has problems. I think the battery back up will be very useful since we live in an area that the power goes out often at night.

Wife just had major surgery wanted the comfort of a hospital bed cause any relief is nearly priceless.
I am 6 ft so with head and feet raised my feet hang off but is fine just honorable mention.
Remote fairly easy to pair.
Company provided good packaging, second layer of cardboard would most likely fix the reocourane of damage. Extra packaging protection will reduce shipping damage, big overall result would offset returns by 80% would result in bottom line reinforcement and increase customer satisfaction.
Bottom line pack it better higher referral rate equals increase in new sales.

Unpack needs two people.
Also company should put orange tags on required electrical connections, there is a lot of wires on bottom side.
My queen memory foam mattress rocks on this frame. It has gotten a new lease.
While I had no damage, it could happen easily.
Inspect the box at delivery, most hidden damage will have outside signs of trauma.
Bed operation is silky smooth and quiet. Vibe modes have something for every occasion, only real noise the bed eminates.

Update several months down the road;
No issues, the unit functions just as well as it did on unpacking day.
Fantastic bed!!! We paired it with our existing Memory-Foam mattress, a match made in heaven.

I love this bed base. The only problem is so do my 2 dogs and kitty. They can't wait till bed time to get in bed with us. I thought they would be scared but the motor is so quiet, you can hardly hear it. Both my husband and I have been sleeping much better since we got this base. There is still good clearance under the bed for under bed storage totes. The massage is a plus, I put it on one night and fell right to sleep with the massage on. The massage is on an adjustable timer so you do not have to worry about turning it off. One night my husband was snoring so bad that I raised up his side of the bed while he was sleeping and it didn't even wake him up.

A quality product with unlimited variety of positions to choose from. Great for reading, tv watching, or sleeping. A very comfortable bed. The ultimate relaxation. Easy to set-up although best done with a partner. It weighs 113 pounds. So far, so good. I wish I had one of these years ago.

This base offers a lot of features for a fraction of the price of what the retail mattress stores charge.
I never realized how much more comfortable a bed can be versus a flat box spring.
One added benefit is that this base is very heavy which is helpful for adding stability to a memory foam mattress. One downside is that the massaging feature vibrates the whole house but that's probably because I have it on a hardwood floor and not due to any product defect.

I highly recommend having 2 people for setting this up.

Bought the queen size for use with a Sleep Number p5 mattress. The base arrived in perfect shape & was just as easy to set up as the other reviews have said! I had help from my grandsons to unpack it and lift it into a wrought iron bed frame. There was one metal slat across the center of the bed frame that had to be removed to make room for the 2 center legs of the base but no other adjustments were necessary. All of the functions work perfectly. Now I'm waiting for delivery of the mattress from the Sleep Number store. Will post an update when it's all together.

So far so great! I took a gamble on this one that only had 3 reviews but was cheaper than the ones compared to it....it paid off! Its working just fine and it doesnt look like a cheap product....ill update soon
