great price, very sturdy, however the mattress really slides on here. I needed to purchase antislide matt for underneath the mattress.
The material is sturdy and directions were easy to follow. You have to pay attention on which side to attach the supports or you end up taking it apart to turn the head and foot board around. All in all my daughter is very happy with her bed and it looks great.
The finish matches just about any furniture that is also espresso finish. Took only about 1 hour to build. Be sure to carry the box with two people, as I struggled! Comfortable. You can use a 6 or 8 full mattress but I recommend the 8 or 10.
Simplistic and affordable! Classic mission-look. Our mattress now feels like a true plush and I could sleep through the night!
For additional support, we also used a Glideaway platform frame with the provided slats.
Only the second night, so I cannot speak to the durability of the frame. So far so good.
The frame looks nice, and went together easily. Unfortunately the slats are not able to support much weight, the bed was creaking and the mattress was sinking in several spots. I ended up spending an extra $50 in 1x6’s and braces to shore up the bed. Once I made those improvements its working just fine. Our biggest complaint is we would have put that money towards a nicer frame.
This Bed has already. egan go collapse and its January 3rd. My husband has to go to Home Depot and buy additional support for the slats and yep. no cigar. I had to buy my kid yet another bed already. BTW my daughter weighs only about 50 lbs.
Solid wood, easy to understand instructions, quick assembly.
Bed is a little low to ground but perfect for a guest room for grznd kids
