Overall very satisfied with this product. It’s firm but comfortable. There is additional storage under the couch and it turns into a bed which was perfect for our tiny studio. High quality material too.

Everything arrived quickly. Unfortunately, one of the rails on the pull out was broken. The company was AMAZING! They responded in less than two hours and immediately sent a replacement.
The actual couch is exactly what I wanted... a sofa for my office that can be used as a spare bed for extra company. It's comfortable and went together easily. My son and I put it together in about half an hour.

 This couch is super cute and fits perfectly for my small studio. It's really easy to assemble and no tools needed. We were able to put all pieces together in about 25 mins. The quality of couch is better than what I expected. Firm cushions can support me very well which are very comfortable. It can also be used as a bed. I can easily pull and push to covert it to a sleeper for 2 adults. The storage space under
chaise is perfect for my blanket to make my room looks clean and organized. Really satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommend!

So I took my research on this brand of furniture before purchasing my sofa.. I have to say I do like the sofa It's rather smaller than expected.. it was my fault cuz I didn't take the precise measurements but it does a fit nicely in my apartment. Definitely made for a smaller areas and apartments but as for comfort I have to give it two stars because it's not very comfortable and I'm not worth the price. I would have paid 300 tops for this sofa but I paid over $550 plus at 5-year warranty. I could have paid that amount for any other sofa which would have been much more comfortable. This is definitely nice for an entertainment room for kids or for tiny tiny home.. like a trailer
