Wow ! Where do I start?! First- amazons customer service during delivery of this product was Amazing! I did. Order from Amazon and it was shipped by Amazon as well. The delivery guys brought it inside which save me and my husband the hassle. It Is much bigger than I imagined in a great way.

Now the sectional is just fantastic - it grey with light grey stitching - I absolutely adore it and it is very comfortable. It matches well with my neutral decor ! For the price it is well worth it. If you decide to buy I highly recommend through Amazon- I was able to schedule shipping and it arrived on time .

We bought our couch less than 8 months ago and the frame broke. We do not have kids, my fiancé and I are of normal stature and weight and over the weekend she sat down and heard a crunch. I contacted the seller and it does not seem that it will be an easy process to talk to someone about the quality of their product... Shame on me for making such a large purchase on amazon. Please do not make the same mistake. This couch looks nice but it will fall apart.

I did a lot of research on finding a good couch for our situation. My wife and I just moved into an apartment and this seemed perfect for us. We checked all of our local furniture stores but nothing was as good as this. Benchcraft is owned by Ashley, which is a great company IMO. We checked a lot of sites but they were all sold out or on back order. If you don't have a problem waiting you could find it for a better price on some other trusted sites but will most likely have to wait. (AVOID BIZCHAIR AT ALL COSTS! LOOK UP REVIEWS ON SITES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING)

Beware that after you get this couch where you want it, the blocks for it are straped under two of the cushions, which can be very painful or can damage the couch cushion if you sit on it before removing them. It's just where they put them for shipping. Take your time screwing them into the bottom.

This couch has held up great for over a month now to our two cats climbing all over it. We put a scratching post next to the couch and our cats thankfully chose the scratching post over scratching on the couch almost every time. There has been a couple times that I've cought them scratching on the couch like they do, although I stop them as soon as I see it, there still hasn't been any damage done. and i'm sure they do it when i'm not home.

This is a very comfortable couch! easy to fall asleep on! I love the look of the wedge pillow at the end, but if you ever have to set at the end when people are over and multiple people are sitting on the couch, it feels awkward (this is just my opinion)

We bought this couch from the seller "OJ Commerce" and they did an amazing job at packagaing! We chose the worst day every to move this to our apartment though. I had it shipped to my parents house as I figured we would be at work. UPS called us the day before to schedule a delivery time which was amazing and unexpected. When we got it at my parents house it was raining very hard, we took it by trailer to the apartment which is approx. 20 mins away, then carried it about 50 ft or more by foot which was horrible because it was pouring down rain, and the box was ripping from it being soaked. We dropped it multiple times, by the time we got to the apartment and went up stairs (which was horrible) I figured this couch was all messed up, soaked, and just in bad shape. But to my very thankful surprise the packaging went like this from the outside in: Plastic all around> Card board box> Plastic all around> Cardboard box> padding> Plastic over the actual couch. Even after all it went through it didn't get wet at all. I was extremely surprised and happy!

I LOVE my new couch! Great quality, and the charcoal grey color is exactly what I was looking for. My friend had the same couch, just in a different color, so I knew I would like it. It's so comfortable, and it hugs you when you sit down. If you're looking for a super firm couch, this isn't for you. It's cushy, and you sink into it. Just a word of warning, this comes in 2 HUGE boxes attached to wooden palettes, and the delivery is only curbside (unless there is another option that I don't know about). The delivery guy will NOT bring the boxes into your house. I had to lay the boxes the down outside the door, open them up, and drag the sectional pieces inside myself because the boxes would not fit inside my door. The legs are plastic (wish they were wood, but the plastic is holding up well), and you have to attach them yourself. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I got my daily workout bringing the 2 pieces inside and setting it up myself.

Update: I’ve had this couch for about 3.5 years now. It hasn’t held up quite as well as I was hoping. The spring supports on the side that gets used the most (the side without the chaise) have broken away from their anchors. I can snap them back in, but now they constantly pop out. The cushions have flattened, and the lining between the supports and the cushions is starting to tear. I’m still keeping the couch for as long as possible (or until something critical breaks), but I’m definitely going to be forced to upgrade soon.

This couch exceeded my expectations, the fabric is soft and luxurious, and it is well crafted. It is exactly as it appears. The only issue I had was with the delivery company. They told me inexplicably that it would not fit through my doorway, which I had measured. They said my only option was to refuse it, so they could take it with them. I did measure my doorways, and it would have fit. However, I live downtown Chicago, and, assumed these guys knew what they were talking about, and didn't want to end up sitting on my new couch on the sidewalk.

The super ambitious delivery drivers didn't tell me there would be a restocking fee of one-quarter of the purchase price if I refused it. But, there was, that's until I received a call from Travis K. at Cymax who listened to my plight and understood, that through no fault of Cymax or me, the sofa was returned. Travis happily issued a refund for the restocking fee, was extremely polite and communicative and actually made my day.

Not microfiber or even close to that feeling, it's much rougher than I anticipated. Arrived a nearly a month and a half after I ordered it. There was an extra charge if I wanted the shipping company to bring the boxes past the front door. Sectional pieces do not fit together tightly, there are gaps.
