First impressions review-
Just got it and set it up right away. Glad I have power tools, hardest part is attaching back to bottom chair, heavy- would be best to have two people out it together. I didn’t so I prop it up with chairs, rest is easy to assemble after.
The fabric is soft and comfy but I am not a fan of the arms, just a pillow and very low so you kind of feel like you can fall off the side and no where to rest your arm. The couch is great in length and can fit my family easily but it is only 5” off the ground so really low! I am purchasing 7”legs to get it higher. Chaise is wide but short and if you’re tall there is no where to rest your head, the back is short.
With all that said we do like it and are excited! The couch we had before was a small love seat so for us it’s a step up and within my budget for a couch!

I was in need of a relatively inexpensive sofa that would absorb a long wall in my living room. As other reviews have mentioned, this couch has a low profile, but otherwise it is lovely. I put it together with my two children within 2 hours. A couple of the pre-drilled holes were impossible to thread the enclosed hardware into, so we just kept it moving. It felt sturdy enough. Add a few Walmart throw pillows to finish the look and provide a little more plushness. Overall, we are thrilled to have something that has a velvetine feel and a high end look even with a low profile.

I really like this couch for the value. Sits a bunch of people and is pretty comfy. Assembly was a bit complex just because you have to put in screws into two pieces and you can see where to put the screw because it’s blocked by the other piece lol. But other then that it was super simple there aren’t that many directions to follow. I did it all by myself in less then 2 hours. The boxes are really big that it comes in though so if you aren’t strong you might need help moving those. Everyone compliments me on it!

Couch overall was comfy, easy to setup up and quite sturdy. However I ordered the Grey color and received a Black one. Didn’t want to bother trying to ship back a couch so I just stuck with the one they sent me..

Sitting position and back panel are somewhat low and sitting depth is not deep enough.
Experiencing some uncomfortable noise when sit on.
Not bad for the price, not so bad to regret but nothing to say good.

Overall, not a bad purchase, just not quite what I wanted.

The good: fabric feels great. Back and side pillows are soft and comfortable. Easy to assemble, delivered faster than predicted.

The bad: This couch is smaller than advertised. The back is only 26” high, not 31” and it is shorter than advertised as well. The seat cushions are relatively firm (though they don’t feel like the cardboard of the expensive sofas for decoration only); definitely not suitable for depression naps, but not uncomfortable.

Would not purchase again, but don’t hate it enough to return it.

As far as inexpensive couch's go this one would most definitely be on the top of the list but remember it is still very much a $600 couch. Just don't fool yourself thinking it's going to amaze you because it's probably not. Honestly, I had some regrets but the customer service I received was probably some of the best I have ever experienced. They replaced an off colored pillow, no questions and it was quick. I do enjoy the couch now and I'm happy with it.
