Some instructions would have been nice. But after some trial & error I figured how to fully utilize these. They solved my bed noise problems once & for all.

Our headboard is away from the wall because of a heater so the extensions are very helpful. They work as designed. The headboard is now sturdy and no more knocking.

These each require some type of assembly and although it’s not necessarily difficult, it was not what I was looking for.

They are sturdy but definitely don't hold up after "use"
