I’ve had this couch now for 3-4 months. Definitely underestimated how low to the ground it is. Kinda gives toddler couch vibes. The color was perfect for our Arizona decor aesthetic. The seat back only comes about half way up your back. So if you want any type of neck support you have to lay down, BUT the arm cushions are very under-stuffed. So I suggest buying more stuffing. However, super easy to put together, the comfort level is probably a 5/10. Firm at first, but definitely becomes a little more plush after some sitting. Cushions are easy to remove for cleaning. Easily vacuums dog hair. We have 5 dogs who have taken ownership. So far no fraying.
OH! One more thing, the arm cushions zip on, but since there’s not enough cushion they will flip over the sides a lot. At one point one of the dogs kicked the cushion. I kind of plopped down on to my leg/couch. My foot was on the HARD wood frame that is under the cushion. I sat down and not realizing how hard the frame was. I’m not sure if any of that makes sense, but I am almost positive I have at least a hairline fracture on my foot above my pinky toe area. My foot has hurt everyday since then and it’s been a couple months.

I was upset about this couch at first because it came a few days late and it came in 3 squares which I didn’t know had EVERYTHING in it, including the pillows lol It turned out pretty nice and was a quick setup. The arms are a little flimsy but I’ll stuff them soon to make a bit bigger. Loved it otherwise

We chose room delivery. Two delivery guys brought it up the stairs to our second-floor apartment. The box barely fit through our front door. Everything came in one huge box. As we were putting the couch together, it started to seem like it was something ordered from Wish.. You know, those items that show up a lot smaller than what you thought. But as we put the two pieces together it looked its full size. The legs are short and stubby. The material looks great. We wanted to try the dark over the cream because in other reviews the lighter bouclé looked unwound and disheveled. Perfect choice! The black looks amazing. Two of the screw holes were in areas kind of hard to reach, but we managed. Wish the seating area was a bit longer. The back cushions contribute to the feeling of not being on the couch as far back as you’d like to be. The seat cushions are also very firm, but hoping they’ll get softer. For the price it’s worth it.

I’m happy enough with it!! My 2 biggest issues are that the back is so short and the arm rests do not connected in both sides so they fall off.

The couch is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It doesn’t have neck support. The coushins only go half way up your back. It’s a stiff couch, good for entertainment not great to relax comfortably on. I purchased the terra-cotta and I’m not sure I’m totally in love with in yet. But for now it’s adorable.

It’s an uncomfortable couch for tiny people. The cushions on it are almost non existent. It needs extra pillows and blankets to make it somewhat tolerable to sit on.

The pillows slide off despite having Velcro on them. It’s also begun to pill after one month.

If you want a comfortable couch you may want a different couch. But I didn’t mind the firmness on this too much as this feels like it would soften over time. It’s quite low as well and required me some help to assemble. But not too bad.
