First, the couch does not look like how it’s advertised. The fabric isn’t the same, and the “arm rest” isn’t a arm rest, they sent me pillows that had a zipper to connect and to me it’s more the a “pillow arm rest”. There’s flaps on the back pillows which I don’t understand or how it’s supposed to go and it’s frustrating because I spent so much time to put it together just for it to not be what it’s supposed to. It was easy to assemble, couch legs are accurate and the color of the couch was like the pictures show but other than that, it does not look like it should. I contacted the seller so hopefully I get a response soon! I know it’s a very cute couch but reconsider purchasing it because they may send you one that doesn’t look like the pictures!

So I have been wanting a light colored sofa/sectional for a few years and saw this on Amazon. The cost was not too bad and I thought what the heck. I read the reviews and there was only 1 bad one. when it came, it was in three heavy, flat boxes. I literally had to put the whole thing together. Even at that it wasn’t too bad, but the sofa is small. It’s shorter to the ground than most, and the back cushions are very short and thin, there is no fluff at all also the arm rests are not rests, they are so flat, you have to lean way over to use them.
I guess for the cost if it’s your first sectional it’s not too bad but don’t have high expectations.

I wish there had been more reviews when I purchased it. Couch is cute, but not comfortable at all, the material is very scratchy, the armrests zipper on and give you no arm support, the back cushions are basically flat boards, the couch is just incredibly uncomfortable, and feels very flimsy, sad I wasted all this money. The length is short. The height is short. The back pillows lean forward. It’s just a waste.

First off, the back consists of three boards you insert into the main couch structure. The pillows have a “slip” attached to the back so when you put the pillow on the front, you need to slip the pillow onto the board (then it velcro underneath the lip of the main couch structure). This slip restricts any form of expansion thus reducing the plushness of the couch. Secondly, the arm rests are not rests, they are pillows which are connected by zippers. Yes, zippers. I am not joking. You zip the cushion to the couch and this is your “arm rest”. The arm cushion doesn’t have any height so it is basically just “there”. Thirdly, the material. It came damaged., there is a tear in one of the main couch structures in addition the material is very scratchy. Lastly, the dimensions are not correct. It is about 13” short lengthwise and roughly 5” short in depth. I wasn’t even going to bother with the height because at this point I have already wasted enough time and energy on this product. I have requested a return and when the seller contacted me with the return proposal they were going to charge me a restocking fee of over $100 or I could take a $150 credit. I find this absolutely unacceptable. They send me a couch that isn’t as described and in addition, is damaged. They had me send photos of the boxes, the couch, the tape measure of the length shortage (as if they didn’t already know their product is not as advertised). I would really rethink about buying this couch or anything from this seller.

It’s just not what I envisioned for a couch in my living room. It is smaller and not as comfortable. It doesn’t look like the picture at all.
