I am a huge fan of the Ninja blenders. I had one for 8 years that just died and was shocked it lasted that long because I use it nearly every day. My previous Auto IQ blender came with a food processor bowl, blender container, spiralizer and a single serve smothie cup. The smoothie cup was my favorite item. It was large enough for 2 decent smoothies and had a measuring guide on the side. This new blender came in the mail yesterday and I am disappointed that it has a smaller cup and it doesn't have the measuring guide. I will get used to it but hoping they have extra accessories I can purchase. I am really excited about the larger food processor/dough bowl. My previous machine had a pretty small food processor and I had debated buying an individual food processor. As always, the Ninja is the best for easy cleaning. One of the reasons I took back my Vitamin is how difficult it was to clean. I

I recently had to replace my Vita Mix Blender after 46 years but just couldn't bring myself to pay the $600 + for a new Vita Mix. This is nice but not as good as the Vita Mix. With the Vita Mix I could make a smoothie with eggs (shell and all) spinach and carrots and it was smooth as can be. With this no shells and there are little bits of spinach and carrots. I like the separate small drink capability and gave my food processor away.

Amazing blender.
This blender is amazing. I didn’t know I could be so happy with a good blender but apparently I never had a good one.
If you are looking for a blender, this one will not disappoint.
this is perfect. i don’t what i was doing before i buy this thing. life is easier than past for me:)
It definitely does the job and the blades are very sharp and easily interchangeable for various jobs. Other reviewer‘s wrote that the plastic was thin, this is not my experience. Maybe their last blender was glass, which was super thick, but the plastic that they use for the Mixing bowls and such is not thin. I plan to use it to make smoothies for myself, which I do all the time with a handmixer, now it will just be easier. I’m also going to use the 72 inch blender bowl for making homemade dog food as my dog is very old and does not do well with kibbles anymore. The suction cup and quick release knobs are a great feature. The blender, bowls themselves lock down onto the surface of the unit. The motor unit itself is larger than I thought it would be, but not any big deal, just more for information than anything else. The tops lock down onto the mixing bowls for worry free mixing. My advice would be to practice taking those on and off gently so that you don’t do any damage before you understand how they totally work. I do recommend this product.
What I dislike is that making smoothies with the smaller attachment goes from quiet to lawnmower loud in a fraction of a side. I pulse a bit first to "warn others" in my apartment building of the impending noise that is loud enough to wake the dead. Even my ears ring after a few seconds of usage. The food processor is great for homemade falafel as long as it's not overfilled.
Quite expensive, but I got it to replace my whack as heck Hamilton Beach that couldn't blend ice. The Ninja is very powerful and gets the job done. It blends through my frozen products and I'm able to enjoy smoothies without having to heat my frozen fruit in the microwave first, so that's a plus. I love how stable it is and how it has suction cups that sticks to the countertops, so it's not going ANYWHERE! It is pretty loud, but I personally don't care.
