I have had some other slicers in the past and they just sit in my kitchen cabinets. But then I found the Mueller Pro-Series 10-in-1, 8 Blade Vegetable Chopper, Onion Mincer, Cutter, Dicer, Egg on Amazon while shopping for something other items. I ordered and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Opened the package and could not wait to try it out. All I had was an onion and bell pepper in the refrigerator. I like the look of precisely cut veggies while cooking and the Mueller Pro-Series 10-in-1 made me giddy! I almost went to the grocery store to get more thing to test all aspects of this 10 in 1 food processor. I can now clear my cabinets of any want-to-be food slicers and make space for my new favorite Mueller Pro-Series 10-in-1!

Handy-dandy slicer and dicer! I was looking for a slicer-dicer to prep veggies for sheet pan dinners this fall. The dicer makes evenly sized potato cubes for even roasting. Onions are diced into the perfect size for stir fry dishes or adding to ground beef for spaghetti sauce. And, hubby and I are eating more salads because slicing cucumbers and shredding cabbage and lettuce is so easy. There are a couple of videos on youtube that show you how to correctly change out the blades and use it safely. The product information on Amazon says to hand wash only, but I put the blades I used on the top rack of the dishwasher and they came out fine. I also put the food container in the dishwasher on the top rack and it came out slightly warped, but the top still fit. I will hand wash it in the future. I haven’t tried anything that might stain it like beets, but I wouldn’t think that would affect the functionality of it. It’s a great little tool to make veggie prep easier!

Buy this item, you will not regret it. I Love, Love this thing! I am a Pampered Chef lover and have most all of the PC items for the kitchen and I typically believe you can't do better. BUT I have been proven wrong. This kitchen vegie chopper is FANTASTIC. It cuts better, less mess, and cleans easier than the PC Rapid Prep. I use it mostly for cutting potatoes but it's my go to for chopping. With the PC Rapid Prep, I would typically just chop using a knife because, let's face it, sometimes the hassle of "convenience" of using a tool isn't as practical or as fast and just cutting the items with a knife. However, with this chopper I find I grab it and actually use it because it is so easy to use and super slick.

Does the job. Made shredding and sliding very easy. Tested it on dicing strawberries for the baby and shredding cabbage, onions and carrots. Defiantly better than hand choppng.

Was switching blades out (the one the slices n shreds at the same time) and accident nipped my thumb n bleed:( so be careful of the little sharp teeth blades that poke out when changing to diff thing and cleaning/washing it.

Don’t like how you gotta use a lot of force to press down n chop(used it on onions). Wish was easier than banging it down. Have to pre-slice it thin.

Wish it was longer and wider and had more grip and wish it had height difference (angled and sloped) for easier glide n shred.

Wish the lid part stayed on more snug and secure cause I had to hold it down incase it flipped open.

Overall recommend as a first impression kitchen appliance.

The blades are very sharp which is great. The chopper is smaller than it looks in the picture and the top is not as stable but it is very sharp and does a great job. You just have to be careful not to use large pieces. For example, slice an onion with a knife first. It will not dice an onion like it shows in the picture. I do like that I can dice all my veggies in one container!

Super easy to use and clean. The little comb tool is very helpful when cleaning. Love that it comes apart into pieces that will fit the top shelf of the dishwasher. Even the lid comes off the hinge! Multiple types of blades and cutting tools makes for easy prep work. I use mine to make chopped salads and it simplifies the process. Materials seem sturdy so far. Definitely recommend

I don't write many product reviews unless I really like the item. This Chopper impressed me very much. I chopped a bunch of tomatoes with it and I was skeptical if it would do it or just mush them. I was pleasantly surprised when it chopped just like it was supposed to and so happy that it did. Made the job of making salsa a lot less time consuming.

I bought a different brand previously that did not have nearly the number of attachments as this one does. There are 3 different size chopping blades and 5 slicing and grating blades. They are all very sharp and cut perfectly every time! The base has cushioned pads to keep it from sliding when you push the top down to chop your veggies, etc. It cleans up super easy and is very compact and easy to store away. Don't buy just one, buy a couple to give away to your friends for Christmas!! Enjoy
