I sat and watched my daughter in law put this item together. She mostly had easy time with it, couple pieces holding other pieces in, was stuck but, she was able to wiggle the piece out. Thought one of the cushions was defective, but, after another day, it all evened out. Good delivery, mainly is here for company!!

Comfy sofa, just the right size for my small apartment. Very easy to put together. Had problem with delivery, reached out to customer service by email and the issue was promptly and professionally resolved. That is a big part of why I am giving 5 stars. For the price, sofa is well worth it.

I bought this sofa about 4 months ago and it looks great, is comfortable and durable. The light grey color is beautiful and goes with any décor. It's the perfect size for our 2 bedroom apartment - still leaving plenty of space in the living room and comfortably fits me, my husband and our dog.

I assembled it by myself with ease. It came in three pieces and all of the cushions and tools to assemble were housed in the back of the three large sections. Very neat and very detailed.

I spent hours looking at reviews and trying to make a good choice for a new couch on a tight budget and finally startled on this, which seems to be a mistake so far. To clarify, I will update if this is resolved.

Amazon customer service states there’s nothing they can do and continually refer me to the seller with a Hong Kong phone number that doesn’t work.
The couch showed up in a broken box that fell apart as soon as I tried to move it. It can’t even be put back together if I tried. I put the couch together only to find that part “H” that snaps into part “I” in step 6 is broken. Part “C” snapped in perfectly. But “H”, instead of making a perfect audible click into place, you could hear the broken wood inside grinding. It clearly was defective when shipped, or broken before getting to me. I’m upset and can’t even return it because the box just fell to pieces and was ripped all over. You can’t even sit back on it as the back just collapses backwards and makes grinding sounds due to the broken wood. I’m very very upset. As of now, this is completely unusable.

* UPDATE*

Customer service got back to me fairly quickly and were very polite and helpful. They immediately sent all the replacement parts I needed. I received them in a little over a week and put it together today, and am happy with it overall. All in all, you get what you pay for with it, it’s small, it works for my partner and I who are both fairly short, it’s decently comfortable with soft fabric. It’s pretty much what I expected for the price, and fits our needs. Because we have a smaller living room this couch fits well in the space we have. As for cons, I would say the couch doesn’t look the best from the back as it’s segmented and has gaps that can be seen from the back. That, and the small cushions are a vastly different density than the large cushion. Luckily when we got the replacement parts another long cushion was included, so we swapped the two small cushions out for another long cushion. The small cushions squished far more, and I could feel the springs. Whereas the long cushion was much denser and supportive. For the last con, the back cushions are very thin. I bought some loose memory foam to add to the cushions and am content, but don’t feel I should have had to buy additional products and modify it for it to look closer to the listings pictures.

Overall, I don’t regret the purchase, but can’t really say I’d recommend it either. For the price it is okay quality on a budget, someday when it wears out I will look for something different, but it’s fine for now.

Pictures made the couch look dark grey like a charcoal but this is more like dark grey with blue. Really bummed because this is not the grey I was looking for. May not be a big deal to some but to me it drives me nuts every time I look at the couch and makes me regret this purchase. Never contacted seller for a return because the pillows are already expanded to full size and trying to get everything back in the box seems like an impossible task. Wish they had fabric samples to purchase prior to committing to couch purchase to save with the headaches.

On the bright side the couch was super easy to assemble. The fabric feels nice. The cushions seem comfortable for now and shipping was somewhat quick.

We were a little hesitant at first due to not seeing in person. The quality is great though! It is extremely comfortable as well. It is the perfect size for our space. I love how the ottoman is reversible as well. The back cushions do tend to become a little bit flatter, but it is so easy to switch them around or puff them back up. It doesn't collect cat hair as much as I thought it would either. Highly recommend!
