Wonderful for picking up chopped or diced pieces of food from the chopping block. Handy in that it also has gradations for measuring things should you desire. Nice ergonomic plastic handle will hold up well in the dishwasher.

Has a nice sharp edge for cutting / chopping.

Blade length is only about 4 inches or so. Needs to be at least 6 inches, same as its width. Would pickup chopped food, etc. much easier with fewer strokes. Otherwise, it's very good. Handle is a bit too think, tho'. Minor thing.

I never owned one but now I wouldn't do without it. It's easy to use, chops veggies and scoops them up with ease. The handle has a wide rubber grip which makes it comfortable on the hands to use. It has a ruler for measurements along the bottom from 1to 5". My cousins and daughter in law use it for dough and love it but I don't bake but I take their word for it. I highly recommend XOX Good Grip.

This chopper is no exception. I bought this one specifically because I was having trouble slicing my Chrissy Teigen armadillo bread after the bottom crust hardens during baking. None of my knives were thick enough to push through the bread but also allow me to push from the top, and the pizza cutter made a mess. This thing has been fabulous!

I also use it when making buttermilk biscuits, to separate the dough and layer it a dozen times. Also great for quickly cleaning off a cutting board.

The edge is sharp, but not knife sharp. Nor would I want it to be. It’s just sharp enough to make slicing easy for awkwardly large items.

Handle has a rubberized coating, which is useful when cutting buttery yummies.

This is another great OXO product. Great solid product, good metal scraper with a fine sharp edge for scraping and a soft touch handle. Handy measurement on the edge as well (only inches) This should last a lifetime in any kitchen.
