This couch exceeded my expectations, but I must say that the customer service is exceptional. First of all, it arrived very quickly, before the estimated time. I had a problem with some cushions and the seller answered me immediately and sent the new parts and I received them without problems. Communication with the seller is awesome! If you are hesitating to buy this couch, do not hesitate any longer because you can trust 100% that the customer service is excellent and that gives you peace of mind. And well, the QUALITY of the couch is impressive. I think it is beyond the quality of couches that I have seen at Ikea or CostCo, and at this price you will not find it anywhere else. It is soft, beautiful, modern, super COMFORTABLE. Assembly was extremely easy and without tools! And the best thing is that each fabric compartment of the sofa is washable!! The couch comes in a single, very compact and easy-to-transport box, which are also plus points! I really recommend it a thousand times, If you buy it you will not regret it :)!

This couch is awesome for the price. It is very low to the ground but we read review before buying so knew that. It's great for a small space. Super easy to put together and very comfortable. (again keep in mind that it is super short). Only issue on assembly was putting the cover over where we realized you needed 2 people for. awesome overall!

This arrived on time and was very easy to put together. The only hard part was stretching the fabric over the frame and securing it with the velcro that holds it in place. Otherwise, I have no complaints at all. The fabric is comfortable and strong and is a nice neutral color.

great couch, exactly what I anticipated. pretty easy to set up. the box got tosseled around so the bolts and screws got mixed up so that was the most tedious part- the company was great in communication. very comfortable
and spacious.

Update 2: It is now Jan 2024. I am adding a new star to my original review. The seller did send me a replacement cover. However, it is the same material. I really appreciate the customer service that I was provided and other than the fabric, I just really love this couch. I am short and it fits my body well, I like the firmness, I like the low wide arms because I can lay my head and feet on them at the perfect height. I hope that in the future the seller is able to change to a tighter/smoother improved fabric.

Update: I received this couch on June 1st, today is July 13th. In my previous review I stated that the fabric showed signs of pilling in less than two weeks. The pilling has gotten a lot worse and looks similar to the other reviewer that also reported the problem. The fabric has become itchy and uncomfortable to sit on and has a dirty appearance from all the fuzz pilling and loose threads. I have the light grey color. I am very disappointed because structurally I really like the couch. I would like to see the seller consider fixing the issue and changing the fabric.

First review: I love this couch. It shipped quickly. It was easy to put together. It came in a single box, and despite the box being torn open on one side, the couch itself was well packaged and undamaged. The couch is the prefect firmness for me, I would say it is on the firmer side. I like the low arms. I wish it was a bit higher off the ground so that I could vacuum underneath it. If I had more room I would have bought the 88”, I bought the 71” in the color light grey. I have had the couch exactly two weeks and the fabric is starting to pill (which kinda feels like sand under bare skin) and come apart where I sit on it and in the front where my legs hang down. I have included a picture of what the fabric looks like in an area without pills and two pictures where you can see that the white thread woven into the material is what is coming apart. I bought the light grey and the fabric is made up of a mix of grey, black and white. It appears as though the white threads are coming out. I am curious if the others colors have the same problem, or if it is possible to get a different fabric color/cover that will not come apart. If it did not have the fabric issue after only two weeks, I would give it 5 stars and would definitely buy again when I move again. However, the fabric issue is very concerning and something I would think might happen after a year or more, but not two weeks. I recommend the couch, if you are not going to use it daily.

Great couch. Cushions are firm but not stiff, comfy and supportive to lay on. Only a few pieces to put it together. I did it quickly and on my own in about 20 min. Seller is awesome, very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for this dollar amount. Just make sure you review measurements , it’s not a huge couch for many but large enough to lay on by 1 person comfortably.
