Received the produced 3 days after ordering. It comes shipped in two boxes, got them delivered separately over two days, was very easy to put together. The cushions come vacuum sealed and expand over time. It is pretty firm after they all expand but is comfortable. Good quality for the price. The color is as pictured and ended up matching my loveseat almost perfectly. So far it seems pretty sturdy. Perfect for a small apartment

 For the price very easy to set up took me maybe 45 mins to an hour. All parts came in 2 seperate packages. The photo i took is maybe 5 minutes after i allowed the cushions to inflate and they look and feel pretty ok. Not the most soft cushions but they are pretty comfortable. The material quality is pretty good. Only issue is one of the screw holes weretapped crooked so one of my couch legs is at a slant which is why i gave 4 stars but otherwise would reccomend for those with smaller living rooms its pretty decently sized.

This was surprisingly comfortable and looks great in our camper. Was easy to put in the camper by my self and easy to assemble. Back cushions are a little thin but seat cushions are nice. Fits both myself (5'3") and my husband(6'1") . Happy with my purchase.

Purchased this sectional for my boys first apt. It's great for a small apt., easy to assemble, and it is comfortable. Why the 3 stars? My boys are 6'3 and are power lifters so when they sat down on the sectional the back rest was low for them & it leaned out when they sat down. The backing is weak to hold 2 tall young men. We moved it up against the wall, but it still leans out when you rest your back on it. It would be great for an average person. Bummer!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this couch! the size is perfect for my smaller living room and the quality is excellent. the cushions do take some time to fully fluff, and the arms are stiff so I recommend having throw pillows, but it was very easy to put together and looks great!

After years of second hand furniture, we decided to purchase this modestly priced ottoman sofa off Amazon. The company Best Choice Products had good reviews for this product. This arrived in two shipments via FedEx (be advised that the app shows fully delivered after the first shipment). The boxes were wrapped efficiently and no damage to the sofa. The instructions were simple and minimal effort to put together. The sofa looks nice but is similar to what you'd find in a hotel or motel. The cushions did come sealed and took a day to fluff. The sofa is firm and moderately comfortable. The overall consensus is not too bad for an inexpensive sofa. The pictures are the finished sofa with decor complete with little doggie to model.

This couch was easy to put together, the price was great. It was well packaged in 2 boxes and no damage. It arrived quickly after ordering and was pretty easy to put together. For a 300 dollar couch it looks good and is a great option for our kids in their basement space. I gave 4 stars for the comfort because the cushions are short and not as full as I would like. Certainly a good option for small spaces.

Sofa arrived on time. I contacted the Customer Support Team because one of the parts arrived with a small defect. They were very responsive, and sent a replacement for that part immediately. I am happy with the sofa and happy with the service.

I read about American's buying this for under $500. It's not terrible but it is not what I expected There is no way I'm boxing this up and trying to send it back. It is worth $500 maybe even $700 but $1400 for this I could of gotten one from the brick for 1/2 the price I just set this thing up just now so maybe it will grow on me I do not hate it but I do not love it
