A great frame for a minimalist or a person who likes thing to be clean and simple. I put it together by myself in under an hour. I feel that it is sturdy enough. The frame is strong and I have experienced no "squeaking or rattling" as others have complained of, it has been quiet. The metal rails fit firmly into their slots, I haven't had any rails dropping out and I have not had to retighten the bolts at all. From my experience it is a good frame, I am happy with it and would purchase one again if the need should arise.
