Buying a pillow is always a gamble. I bought these to replace one that has gotten too soft and worn out. This is a firm pillow. I have used it now for several weeks and really like the firmness. It comes in a very small package so one has to let it air out and expand and also put it in the clothes dryer for a few minutes. These are the instructions and I recommend one should follow them.

These pillows got lots of good reviews so I made the purchase. First thing I noticed was that the size wasn't the usual queen size; they slipped into the pillow case way too easily... not a good snug fit. Then when sleeping on them they don't give a good solid support... I gave them to my husband.
