After having an awful experience with the product, the customer service was great. They ended up sending me a Prepaid Label to return the sofa vai UPS.

I was so shocked at how nice this couch is, given the purchase price! It came very well packaged and was easy to set up by myself. It is an upholstery that looks like leather, but I haven’t tested it to see how easily it cleans yet. My Doberman hops up and down all day long and no scratches from her claws yet. It’s a little firm but I think it’s very comfortable- I work from home and take my laptop to the couch in the afternoons. No complaints! Very pleased with this very cost-effective couch, and it looks magazine-worthy in my living room!

This little suede loveseat couch is very well made and very easy to assemble i am 6ft and with a pillow braced on one side of the armrest i can lay down comfortably, my brother is in the construction carpentry trade business and even he thought a couch that comes in a box that weighs roughly 80tylb that can hold 680lb was is an ingenious design, my father buy high end furniture and he sat on it and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort it all it says it is in the description then some don't miss out worth the money...

Not the best quality for the price in my opinion I was expecting it to be more sturdy and also more comfortable. I had to add stuff to the back cushions as they were almost 100% flat. The arm rests and back panel don’t seem to be very sturdy at all, any weight on them prompts them to move and creak, I am afraid it will break if I am not extremely careful. Obviously with an Amazon couch I didn’t have the highest expectations to begin with, but I was hoping for better quality. It’s beautiful to look at but not worth it in my personal opinion.

I’ve put together a lot of ikea and Amazon furniture in my day, and this was by far the easiest piece of furniture I’ve put together to date. Not only was it easy to put together, but the product you see in the pictures that you expect to get is the one that ends up in your home. I can’t say enough good things about this couch

 I’m a 5’6” 120 lb female. I put it together by myself in 30 minutes. The most trouble I had were the sticky pads for the feet. I appreciate they came with it but I threw them away the 2nd time they just came off when trying to position the couch. Other than that it was a painless experience. Arrived earlier than expected. Packaged in one box. I was able to drag it in by myself too. Not really that comfy but I didn’t expect it to be luxurious. I expected a $350 faux leather couch. Highly recommend if you’re in a tight space and on a budget. :)

My only real complaint is I wish the fabric was a little brighter. A tad more dull than the pictures in the listing. Still works though.
