Very easy assembly. Came in three packages on three separate days. First package was one of the chaises and put that together that night. Took me about an hour by myself. Second package came and the box was pretty damaged (I blame Fedex) but everything was clean and in tact. Once the third box came I put the second chaise together but waited until the next to finish everything. Probably took my 2 1/2-3 hours total to out it all together. There are some small gaps in places but doesn’t affect anything negatively. The U shaped version is huge! The chaises were shorter than what is listed in the details. The couch isn’t deeply set so the back and arm rests were shorter than I expected. I had read that the pillows weren’t very fluffy and flatten quickly so I went ahead and bought extra poly fill to fill the pillows and could immediately see a difference. I was very skeptical even with the reviews and research but am pleasantly surprised by the quality. Great purchase for our home!

This was purchased for a basement game room for teenage boys, so I didn't want anything too expensive or fancy and this seemed perfect. Not only does it not take up much space, the pull out feature is great and it's open more than it is closed. Having the storage under the chaise is great for blankets and pillows. I do love the denim blue color (always have but you don't find it in furniture too often). It has a look of comfort, although not as soft as expected it's not bad. I would've liked wider arm rests and more back support behind the cushions but for its price and use its fine. I would not want to use it as my permanent fulltime lounge, but as a spare or second lounge for a basement or game room, etc. it works well.

This came in two shipments. The seller was super fast to respond with the 2nd tracking number. The 2nd package arrived the next day. I love this couch. The pillows have been out for 3 days and they are getting more and more fluffy. At first the couch is not as comfy as expected but that’s because it was vacuumed sealed. Once you give it some time it becomes comfy. I would suggest getting the back pillows open as soon as you receive the packages so they have more time to fluff up before the couch is put together. The pull out bed is super easy to pull out but I found once it’s all put together it’s best to pull it by the front panel first, then use the pull tab to lift it. We have had it pulled out the whole time because we love to lounge. It fits me and my 2 kids very comfortably and we could easily fit another person and possibly a 5th. I love that my kids and I can all lay down at the same time and not be touching if we don’t want to. This is honestly my favorite purchase. My kids slept on it last night and they said it was comfy.

As for putting this together, it took me an hour and a half by myself (29 yr old woman) and I was taking breaks to eat my dinner. If you have a drill attachment for this type of screw you could have it done in 30 minutes. It was incredibly easy to put together and the directions are very clear. I like how they zoomed in and showed exactly how to put it together. There was nothing confusing about the directions and nothing difficult to put together. Honestly I have no idea why some people struggled to put this together. The pictures were very clear. I took everything out and put them in piles of what I needed for what part of the couch I was building and unwrapped everything as I needed it because it’s all very clearly labeled.

i bought the U-shaped couch and my picture is of the first 2 shipments put together. waiting on last box which will be here tomorrow so i’ll update then as well. not bad for the price. instructions were very clear, took me 1.5 hours to put together on my own. boxes are heavy when they come in though so be prepared. cushions are vacuum sealed so they need fluffing and would probably be better with accent pillows anyways (next purchase
