Assembly was very straight forward and the instructions were clear. The frame seems sturdy, having 6 points of contact and the 12 rails should support most mattresses, including hybrids. The included hardware was easily marked and it includes a few extra bolts. I t also includes a few extra rail retainers, which was good because my frame was missing 2 on arrival. The other down vote is the LED lighting. It is only white, not RGB but it does have a controller to change the mode and brightness...if they last. Mine made through 1 cycle of testing and stopped working. Not sure if the controller is bad or the wires. I'll be replacing them with an RGB strip.
Easy to assemble, comes with all the tools you need, but I would recommend you get a rubber mallet form the hardware store because the provided hammer is kind of dinky. Nice and sturdy with no movement in the frame once assembled. Only gripe is they do not provide a power source for the LED strip, which requires a USB connection. They could have had a hidden port added to the already existing power strip in the bed. That is my only gripe. I would buy it again.
It's pretty solid for what you pay for. The bed was a bit of a pain to put together just with a couple of the steps the rest were pretty easy and The LED's mine came with were not blue like in the picture and it also did not come with the LED remote to control the lights so that is unfortunate. The bed itself has been good for me so far it's been sturdy and hasn't squeaked at all that I've noticed so all in all pretty good bed.
I purchased this for my 14 Y/O son. We both love it however the reviews are misleading when it comes to the LED lighting. First the led lighting is one color only white, second no smart control you have to reach around the back of the bed to change light settings this is an awful design. However, with some customization using aftermarket LED strips you can flip the blue board which makes the bed light look blue the other side is white after you flip the board add some smart LED strips works great. Other than that, I paired the frame with a ZINUS 12 Inch Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress / Cooling Gel Foam / Pressure Relieving / CertiPUR-US Certified / Bed-in-a-Box, Full. Just waiting for the mattress. I know the mattress will be a good fit because I have in the past purchased the same mattress brand in Queen sizes and over 3 years and still great no more springs.
I compared beds for over 2 months for my 11 year old son. This was the winner. Keep in mind, 2 months of watching this. Finally bit the bullet and bought it. It is now $60 less than I paid and I am super annoyed by that. We got it today. Also the lights completely suck. The only way to use them is to reach way into the space behind the headboard, my son can't work them as his arms won't reach. No remote. Just plain awful design concerning the lights. Took 2 hours to assemble, 2 people and one that is very quick at this stuff. The bed itself is decent, I would have had a better opinion if I hadn't overpaid.
1 it's not so ez to put together im a mechanic and I can pull a motor apart a d put it back together but this bed is not for the fant of heart the power out let is cool when it works I don't like you have to use a USB outlet for the led lights bed dose make nosie so just a heads up
Excellent bed, not too difficult to out together, my 13 year old loves it. Excellent storage and plug ins are a plus!
Great bed for the price, design is thoughtful and made it easy to put together quickly.
