My elderly dog has some urinary incontinence issues, so I bought this to protect my couch from unexpected doggie leaks. The product is water resistant, NOT waterproof, which I knew when I purchased. It lives up to my expectations of water resistance - if my dog leaks a small volume of urine, or I notice immediately, I can get it cleaned up before it soaks through to the couch. If she leaks large volume, or if I don't notice right away, it may soak through to the couch underneath. She's usually only on the couch when I am also on the couch, so this works great for us.
It's a little annoying that the armrest covers won't stay put, and the back tends to slip down in the spot where I usually sit. I've removed one star for this, but I really only need it for covering the seating surface. I find that the included foam rollers do a reasonable job of holding the seating surface in place.
I've run this product through both the washer and dryer 5-8 times in the ~6 months I've had it, and it's held up very well. Be careful to remove all the foam rollers before washing - I've run them through the washer once or twice, and they've done okay, but I can't imagine it's good for them.
I have the Morabo sofa from Ikea in light green (seating surface length 70.875"). I purchased the Oversized Sofa size of this product, and I'm happy with that size. The "grayish green" color goes well with the sofa color. The elastic band meant to hold the back of the cover in place is pretty useless for this particular couch, but I imagine it would work better on something with a taller or overstuffed back.
My picture shows the cover just put back on the couch after washing, so it hasn't started slipping down yet. The colors are a lot more green than they look in my picture (the lighting in my living room is weird) - the product photos are pretty close to the actual color

Our furniture is rather beat up from pets because it turns out the “leather” was paper thin. Anyway, I can’t afford to replace it and I am planned a large holiday party. These sit the bill to dress it up for a party in the red and green colors and will help protect it from further damage going forward until I find a replacement. I did buy the sofa size but it was too small. I sent it back and ordered the oversize sofa size and it fits perfectly. My sofa is certainly not oversized so be aware that you might need the larger size to be able to tuck it in properly. But once the larger cover arrived it was so easy to put on and tuck in with the enclosed foam tubes to push down in the back and on the sides. So glas to have found something to protect the furniture and is washable.

I love this couch cover. It keeps my very fluffy dog's hair off of the couch and it has yet to tear from her nails after about a month of heavy use. It is stain-resistant (but we also got the black-on-black color so it's hard to really say.) The biggest downside is that it is NOT STRETCHY AT ALL. It is about an inch too short for my couch and the part that wraps around the side to keep it in place has already torn. Disappointed with that but otherwise very happy.

I absolutely love this couch cover. I first bought one of the stretchy ones that cover every inch of the couch and then put this one on top for extra protection on cushions and arms. I have 4 large dogs and this is perfect for us! Very well made and it seems custom fit for my couch. I got it during the flash sale so it was an excellent price as well. I'm going to order one for the smaller couch too.

It's great that this comes in so many different sizes - as we ended up having to order a combination of 3 covers (in 2 sizes) to make it work for our oversized sectional.

First, we did have an issue where we ordered an OVERSIZED SOFA size, and while the packaging was correct - it was the SOFA size in the wrong bag. We were able to immediately get a corrected replacement sent out and a label to mail back the "wrong one".

In the meantime we realized that just two covers weren't going to cut it for the size of our couch. I measured, but then realized I measured wrong so that's MY FAULT.

We ended up using 2 SOFA size covers and1 OVERSIZED SOFA with some strategic folding/tucking and it actually looks perfect.

Fabric is soft to the touch, does repel water (note: not waterproof, so you need to blot up any spills right away), and will definitely keep the dog hair under control. We haven't washed them yet so not sure how that'll go. I will probably not dry them in the dryer though because if they shrink at all it'll ruin it for us.

The fabric itself is not stretchy at all, and it's not supposed to be. We tried the stretchy kinds first and they looked terrible on our couch.

On my second set because my dog likes to chew holes in fabrics. My only wish is that they had a little more body (maybe an extra layer or non slip backing?) so they didn't wrinkle and crease so easily. A good value for your money!

I do not have an overstuffed couch by any stretch of the imagination so I nearly got the regular sofa size. Thank goodness I read the reviews bc nearly everyone with a medium sized, 3 cushion couch says the regular size is too small and they're right! I got the overstuffed size and it fits perfectly on my not overstuffed couch. I got the navy blue color bc I ordered this while I was at work and I really thought my couch was navy blue...turns out it's grey..oops! Still looks ok though.

The only issue so far is that I don't quite understand the foam rods. Am I supposed to just shove them down between the armrests and the cushions? I did that, but when I sit down, I can still kind of see the foam rod down there and I really think my dogs would see it and start digging for it. I wish there was a little sleeve that you could slide the rods into, so that the dogs couldn't see it and couldn't pull it out.

Also the straps for the back of the couch weren't tight enough to hold it on, so I tied a little knot in them to keep them tighter, that seems to help. It's not pretty, but it works.

We currently have a 12lb poodle so he doesn't make a dent in it, but we're adopting the 50lb doggo later this week, so we'll see how this cover holds up without the foam inserts. Will update soon!
