love this bed! it arrived quickly and totally undamaged, i was concerned with it being wood that it would have scratches on it but it was perfect. it came with a ratchet instead of just the standard tiny wrench. clear and easy instructions made it quick and simple to put together by myself. doesn’t wobble, and the wood is SOLID - no press board here. it is heavy so if you have to carry it up a flight of stairs make sure you have a strong back or an extra person. the look of it is great, it’s hard to find a true original MCM king bed that won’t break the bank so i feel like this is a good placeholder until i hit the lottery. the feet are painted gold/bronze but i wasn’t expecting metal caps either so it’s all good. it is lower to the ground than i anticipated but not so low that it’s hard to get in and out of. all around great bed frame!

Absolutely love the look of the bed. I have a memory foam set directly on it. In the time I've had it (a few years now) two of the slats have broken (split right in the middle) this has happened when I crawl into bed and if you get all your weight right on one slat in the right place it just breaks. Currently attempting to find replacements (hopefully a few singles and not all of them) but having some trouble. might end up cutting the fabric connector strip and swapping the broken ones with good ones and the end of the bed...

This was an extremely easy build. My husband did it all by himself in a few hours. The nice thing about this build was that if he made a mistake, he was able to go back and easily fix the problem, unlike those crappy and cheap pieces of furniture that you assemble with cheap wooden dowels that break off easily. And it’s beautiful! Highly recommend buying!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bed frame considering the very fair price for a king. The material itself looks and feels great and assembly was super easy.

My biggest fear when buying a bed on Amazon was that I would end up with a terrible piece of furniture that looked nothing like the description because I couldn’t see it in person first. I was wrong, in this case. Zinus is a brand I had already purchased twice in the past so I felt fairly confident about my choice; I was right! Not only is this bed great looking, it is also extremely sturdy and has very small footprint if compared with some of the upholstered and storage beds out there. There is also ample space underneath it for storage.

This bed frame and headboard was incredibly high quality! All of it was solid wood with a gorgeous stain and lovely finish. It was a breeze to put together. My dad (who is a self proclaimed expert at assembling furniture) was amazed with how easy it was. The two of us were able to but it together in about an hour, unboxing including. There are no words just pictures but it was easy to figure out if you just look at it closely. My dad put my sister bed frame (a different one) together the next week and it took close to 3 hours! I can’t recommend this bed frame and headboard enough!

Hands down, a fantastic bed.

Solid wood. Very well designed hardware.

Every piece came out of the box in perfect condition.

I assembled this myself, and it took me about 1.5 hours (though I was going slow to ensure I did everything correctly).

It is a beautiful bed, and will compliment my transitional styled room very well.

Bonus: Zinus sends a hex hatchet wrench, and it is such a great tool. You will use this ON ALL OF YOUR OTHER FURNITURE. They should sell this separately for $10 and make even more profit on their well-designed, well-made, affordable furniture.

Can’t wait to sleep on it once the mattress arrives!

I have been buying Zinus bedframes since 2017. No more after this one. It came with the cheapest, ugliest spray painted legs that look absolutely nothing like the product images. Cheap, ugly, uneven lines. I can't believe the decline in quality. It looks like the bed got vandalized or pranked (I am not saying it did, just that the workmanship is haphazard enough to look like it). This is nothing like any of their products I've bought before. I feel totally ripped off. I do not recommend this bedframe.
